Lack of customer support. Booked a week for my parents then got stuck with extra charges. Unless you want to sleep in a closet and have the attendants treat you bad, go somewhere else.

The hotel was a good price. The morning staff was very nice, although the evening person wasn't too friendly upon check in. The carpets all through the hall and in the room were terribly stained, which is interesting since you have to agree to pay $150 carpet cleaning cost if you soil it. The hotel is VERY loud. There is little in the way of sound proofing. We had people walking around overhead at 4am, and it sounded like they were going to come through the floor. We heard doors opening and shutting in the hall all night, even with the fan and bathroom fan on. There is also no pool, which is one of the amenities you give up for the price. (We knew this ahead of time. Not a complaint, just an observation.) On the good side, the beds were comfortable and breakfast and internet were free. The bathroom was nice and clean. But I don't think I'd make this hotel my first choice again.

For a place to lay your head, this is a good choice as long as you are not in need of anything beyond the basics. The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. The fluorescent lighting was so harsh that there was no need to attempt reading. A table bedside lamp would have been nice.

It was clean, safe and comfortable. The hallway smelled like soup. Overall, it was a very clean and safe place.

I stopped at this hotel on the way back to Michigan from Georgia on a Sunday night, with my 13 Y.O. son. I've stayed at other Microtel's in the past, and have never had a bad experience. This one is just as good, and is very easy to access from the freeway. I like the efficient rooms, the window seat, the comfortable beds, clean bathroom, nice towels, free wireless internet, and the continental breakfast is worth enjoying. The manager was very helpful. I would defiinitely stay here, or at any other Microtel, again.

I had an excellent visit, but there was an extremely rude worker at night who forgot to put in my request for a wake up call after she hung up on me. The other staff was all extremely friendly and the hotel was very comfortable. Too bad one bad apple had to ruin the entire rating.

Missing smoke detectors, broken television. Can not recommend this motel, first roomI was assigned to was missing the smoke detector and the television was all one color. Second room had the smoke detector but it was hanging from the ceiling by its electrical wires, not sure if it was functional or not. The clock radio failed to work in that room as well. The carpets appeared as though they had never been shampooed.

I needed a place to stay for 1 night for me and my 4 year old daughter. This hotel was very clean, the staff were very nice and accomodating, and we felt very safe and comfortable!

Nothing. Unclean room andhorrible furnishings. We waited one hour for them to finally give us a room. The room was unclean and run down. The beds were probably 20 years old. Squeaky springs, sinking mattresses. The shower was horrible.

Convenient, value priced. Perfect for a one night stay. The breakfast was less than expected. Little to no choices. Rather poor. This was a good hotel for a one night stop on a long auto vacation. Don't put much stock in the free breakfast. Selections were limited and not up to par with other Microtel's.

It far exceeded my expectations. It was really nice. We would be glad to stay again. We were so pleased to stay there. Every thing was wonderful. You can not find a better value. Room was clean, comfortable close to everything we wanted to see. Can't wait to go back.

Very nice looking and clean on the outside. This hotel comes with free long distance to anywhere in the U.S and free internet. It was a quite pleasent stay.
