The hotel presents a nice appearance and we were met with a nice fragrance as soon as we walked in. The hotel is 100% smoke-free and it really made a difference in the air quality.The breakfast was nice, but it turns out the waffle maker was setting off the fire alarm, so the desk clerk unplugged it. Not knowing this, I tried to bake a waffle and, of course, failed. Only then did the clerk put a do-not-use note on the waffle maker.After checking out, my husband said he did not receive a receipt, so I asked for one. The clerk insisted she did give him one. After I verified that she did not, she said we would get one from [...] and could not tell us how much the stay cost (for the same reason). This has never happened before.If not for those two defects, we would rank the hotel with five stars.

Staff was friendly and helpful getting snow off of my car. Nothing. The Linens were exceptional and the furniture in the room was better than most other hotels.

Great experience, everything is new!! Simple, clean, and new. Great service. My only complain would be that the walls are not sound proof so you do hear what's going on outside or in other rooms, i.e. Tv... Great price/benefit ratio

Cleanliness. Setup of room. This is a basic no frills hotel. The property was very clean. The only thing strange about the room was the placement of the television which made it difficult to use. Other than that a good value.
