What are your breakfast options?: The Hotel has it's own restaurant, the restaurant is open for all three meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant offers international cuisine. A Little bit of everything. Restaurant hours are from 7:00 am - 11:00 pm. They also offer room service.
What can I do nearby?: Since the hotel is located inside the airport there's nothing within the airport. There are many attractions outside the airport for Example: Dolphin Mall one of the biggest malls in south Florida, there's a shuttle bus that can pick you up at right in front of the airport, it's not provided by the Hotel, it's $10 per person round trip. South Beach is approximately 15 min away, one of the most common place for tourist to visit.
