Unless you are extremely wealthy and don't mind throwing your money away, I would suggest moving on to a different hotel. The food and drinks are excessively overpriced and there is no refrigerator in the room. All parking is valet and it costs $25 a day, which I guess is better than $35 for a cab ride. The hotel doesn't have any balconies and there is a $230.00 fine for smoking anywhere in the building.

Very comforable and the staff is great. Maids and not enough channels on theTV to choose from. The bartenders were awesome. But the maids were annoying, and theres only 3-5 channels on the TV, the rest you have to pay for.

Rooms are huge and very clean. Hotel is right on the beach. Quick check in. The restaurant is a bit expensive and so is the breakfast, but the wait staff are very good. The service you receive is great though in every aspect. Also very relaxing

the way this hotel is presented on the web site doesn't reflect the reality.... we were there for a romantic weekend and hotel was the dissapointing part of our trip. hotel was full of kids and teenages, we had to wait for elevator for more that 20 min. we felt like we are in a kids camp:) our bathroom had mold on the walls and ceiling and water was not running through. I informed hotels manager about certain inconvenience that we were facing, and she promissed to change the room next day. Well, It never happenned, even the following day and the day after...the only respond I was getting- "sorry, nothing is available, please have free breakfast", which was not in my intrest! I can pay for my breakfast, but I can't fix and clean hotels bathroom:):)

The hotel was wonderful and the view of the ocean was perfect. We were very happy with the staff they was very polite and very helpful to us. My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Miami Beach Resort & Spa.

Clean convenient and great staff. Room colors made it not romantic. ie - bed spreads, etc.

Lovely beachfront location. Very large hotel. Inside of hotel including the room was a bit dated. Price of the room was low and for the money it was a good hotel if a little north of the main centre of South Beach.

Overall, the hotel is OK. The problem is this hotel does not have parking lot for guests. Valet parking is mandatory for 22/day plus tips. I took my car out several times per day isn't fun at all (tips every time and the time waiting for my car). Oh, don't touch anything from the mini refrigerator in the room (not free). They are so expensive.

The hotel was good but needs renovation tocompete with the newer ones being built new or fully renovated close by.

Beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Its a non-smoking hotel so you have to walk all the way downstairs and out to the valet area in order to smoke! Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, beautiful view, well-kept and very presentable entrance and lobby area, and perfect for our short stay!

my experience was very good in this hotel, the attention is on the part of the workers is pleasant, the rooms comfortable and clean, the swimming pool cleaning it only needs a little decoration to the environs of pools.la eaten this cooked good but the prices are a little high. it is a good option to spend a time pleasant you can also rest

The pool was awesome! A pool attendant walked around with tray of grapes on skewers and then cooling towels with menthol. The breakfast the next morning was a little pricey but great and convenient. Hotel is on the beach, too. The only thing that was bad was that it was not close to foo places. We took the $2 bus to south beach and spent the day there. Cab ride to airport was $34!!Would stay here again.

The hotel manager agreed to upgrade our room after the 3rd attempt for an additional fee. Rooms were small, needs remodeled and smelled old. I have stayed at many hotels in my days and this hotel is no better than a moderate Holiday Inn. Highly disappointed. Should have stayed in a true South Beach hotel that had some ambiance to it. We were upgraded to a suite after listening to my fiance complain to the max and it was just so. Old furniture, no refridge, no microwave, nothing great. Bed was fine and that was about it.

Being a New Yorker, you have high expectations (it's in our blood I guess :-) ) So reading the mixed reviews about this hotel had me a bit skeptical. Thankfully, it was certainly all that it was cracked up to be. Upon arriving we had a bit of a discouraging scare when we were told our room was ready for us, and we go up to find the people before us had literally just left...so the room was not made...Considering we got there relatively early in the morning, finding out they usually only let people check in @ 4,we just threw the bikinis on and headed for the pool. By the time we got back up, it was in tip-top shape; so it certainly wasn't a big deal. We were in a "Partial Ocean View' which gave us the best of both worlds having the bay to the left and the ocean on the right. BEAUTIFUL Lobby/Outdoor Pool & bar area &10 min away from South Beach (10 cab ride). Spa was great and the massages were amazing! Extremely friendly & courteous staff. It's certainly a place for both family and friend getaways...So if you know how to roll with the punches and make the best of your trip then STAY HERE! If you are a constant complainer then stay @ the Delano for 5,000/night. Looking forward to my next stay down there!!

The hotel was very nice, and upscale. They just weren't knowledgeable about the rules. They did not charge my card until I got there, when I thought that I had already prepaid for my trip April 5th. It sat me back, and I was embarrassed and upset, and no one could help me, my agent called from ohio and spoke to a Manager name [...], and he helped us. It made my trip start of BAD

Parking, hidden fees, and location. This hotel maybe priced for the location but it is not comparable to any of the other hotels I stayed at during this trip.

Miami is amazing! the location was on one if the best beaches ever. South beach was only 10 mins away by bus, The staff was not very hospitable! The hotel restaurants were the most expensive and not that good.

It isthe Miami Beach Resort. Expensive parking. This was a very nice place to stay. The pool was warm and inviting. The sun does hide behind the buildings in the afternoon, but that is the same at all of these hotels. The room was clean and nice. My ocean-side view from the 17th floor was great. The lobby was very pretty. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. Route 1A1 out front is a little odd with the one-way traffic.

The hotel was in an Ok location. The rooms were big and very comfortable. There was alot of noise, you could hear what was going on on the rooms above and on the sides. Except for the room cleaning staff, everybody else was very friendly. The bad side was that they do not have security boxes, although we were not missing anything it would had been better.
