Would book againBrillant location from tube station, Apartment was everything you could ask for my only complaint was one of the bathroom lights were not working and I had to call twice and send a email the next day and they fixed it on our second days stay , I could only leave messages on a machine as nobody seemed to be on customers services. but even thou this happened I would still book again. We all loved the apartment.

We stayed here for 3 nights and would only recommend this for a short stay break. Bad points: the temperature in the appartment was too hot and there was no facilities to alter this. There was a limited amount of crockery and pots and pans. Upon arrival the TV was not working and after contacting customer services, an engineer arrived 24 hours later to repair this. Upon arrival the lift was out of service, very inconvenient as we were situated on the 5th floor and had luggage!Good points: central location, value for money, a modern appartment.

great apartment!!We stayed at the Minc City Reach apartment when we visited London for a short break, in total we were there 2 nights & thought it was fantastic! We found the location of the apartment was great as it was only a 10 min walk to Tower bridge or the tube station was only across the road...unfortunately this tube station was closed while we were there so we got a taxi into the centre of London & back again. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen looked like it had never been used! Everthing was so nice & modern. There were 2 nice size double rooms, 1 of which had a ensuite too! The telly was huuuge...42 inch!! The only negative thing i have to say is that i would recomend asking for an apartment not directly on the leman street as they didnt have double glazing & it was quite noisy with the traffic/clubbers.

Excellent Value for Money! Apartment has all the mod cons you could need, we arrived and the cleaner had done a fab job it was spotless. Good location, definately will return on stays to London again!

A little too far from the west end, but spacious compared to a hotel.Very convenient, lighting was a little complex to work out, got there in the end. The underfloor heating control did not seem to respond, but was comfortable at the preset level. Very secure accommodation and would highly recommend this chain.

I travel to London very regularly on business. This however was a holiday and I wanted somewhere to cater for the family. The apartments were excellent value for money when compared with a hotel. The rooms are very spacious. The location was to my mind absolutely fabulous. The area surrounding the apartments is fascinating with Brick Lane and Petticoat Market 5 minutes walk away. Equally the City of London is also only 5 minutes walk and the tube is 2 minutes away with easy access to all other areas of London. We loved it here. The Jack the Ripper tour around the immediate area scared us all to death!

Stayed in 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment, very well equiped, good location near tube station, email communication prompt and helpful, self checkin/out very smooth, ideal for family or a group of friends, good value compared with the cost of 2 hotel rooms in central London, only complaint was vomit on the pavement outside the main door although this was cleaned up promptly.

Excellent place to stay, and for £160 for four people to stay around that location, who could argue with that..!!It was unfortunate that someone had been sick outside the front door, but hey, they must have had a good night thats all I am saying ;o) Once inside and past the stench the apartments were superb. Minimalistic rooms and spacious areas my friends were well impressed with the apartment that I had booked without them knowing where I had managed to find. Only 5 minutes from Tower Bridge, but we got a taxi into Covent Garden which was only £10-£15 for a night out. The only problem we had with this place was...the bottle opener that was supplied was broken, so the ladies had to knock on other doors in order to get the wine open..!! As you can tell I am the sort of person who observes and does not criticise like most people who find fault in everything. In other words if you are in London for a night out or a weekend, then I would highly recommend these apartments.

Self catering apartment was very high quality and great location for restaurants and bars. Only complaint - no teabags or coffee let alone the promised 'welcome pack' of food

Stayed at the Leman Street apartment for 2 nights ( 2adults + 2 children). 200 yards to Aldate East tube with quiet off street parking on the weekend and a private carpark available from 6 am Monday - Friday so arriving by car was very convenient. London Bridge and Petticoat lane market etc.. are all within 10 minutes walk so a great location for tourists on a weekend break. No service staff available but useful book of contacts and local information was provided. Clean and well presented, big TV with Sky so the kids were amused. Only downside was a shortage of cups and clothes hangers ( 1 per room). Rooms at the front would be noisy but less of a problem on the weekend except Saturday night as there is a club across the road which might disturb some residents. Plenty of space and very convenient for a family who want to self cater and sightsee. Overall we all enjoyed staying there and would rate it 4/5.

Lovely apartment. Excellent facilities. Needed instruction booklet for tv. Only slight criticism, kitchen/lounge smelt of curry.

Only a 2 minute walk to nearest tube and good eating around. Within a short walking distance to Tower Bridge and St. Pauls Catherdral. A real interesting area with historic value.Apartment was very nice and well kept although 2 light bulbs needed replacing and one of the dining room chairs were broken. Traffic noise at night from front bedroom but quiet in the rear one..The 'welcome' pack was a real bonus...Many thanks for that! Kitchen was very well equiped.Excellent value for money for the 3 of us that stayed here especially as we got it at a reduced rate. We would definitely stay here again at this price.

one or two things that really let down these lovely apartments was the terrible smell of smoke we'd specifically requested non smoking and apratments together we were not informed before that the apartments werent together and that one was a smoking one and it smelt terribly although we complained we couldnt be moved, the apartments lacked instructions on how to work things ie cooker, microwave, washer, heating etc and when a bed collapsed and we requested in mending it wasnt me children had to slepp on a mattress on the floor. Very disappointing as the apartments have alot going for them
