We had an issue with our parked vehicle which the hotel manager handled quickly He went above and beyond what was expected of him and we thank him again for his kindness. This hotel has a great location and I highly recommend it as a great place to stay.

Fantastic hotel! Room was equipped beyond expectation, and was very large. Would have been perfect for lengthy stay, but I only was there one night. Located in the trendy, energetic Old Strathcona-- close to great boutique shopping, cafes, artistic endeavors, etc. The only shortcoming is that parking is not located in the building--it is a couple of blocks away. There is, however, valet parking just around the corner to unload your suitcases, but the hotel doesn't let you know about this in advance. Will definitely stay there again!

This was a wonderful experiance, the rooms were so modern and comfortable. I was very impressed with the fitness and swimming pool area being open for 24 hours. Very curtious staff and helpful with directions and things to do in Edmonton. I would recommend this hotel to any one.
