NO CABLE!!! No coffee maker in room. Bed is horrible. I have two more nights here. Bath tub has a glued in mat that is peeling up in chunks! Nice having a small fridge. Building is old and icky. My sprint service does not work in my room. No internet, have to use my laptop in the car, like now. NO CABLE!!! Never heard of such a thing in this day and age! Horrible staticy reception, I would just like to be able to watch the news or weather channel!!!!

great location,we stayed in ''old part'' as they call it and it was all we needed out of room clean bed,air conditioning, clean towels over looking the pool and a shuttle bus free to the parks and airport. what more do you want?

I was scared of what the room was going to look like because of the reviews. After reading the reviews I called and upgraded to a Deluxe room. I called back the day before to confirm that everything was good to go. They advised me yes. Upon arrival, they had my husband and I in a standard room. I explained that I uograded, they had no info on the upgrade. I spoke to the manager and she couldn't locate the info either. I gave them the fax number and everything where it was faxed to and called and confirmed it was ok. I advised her that we were not going to a standard room after reading the reviews on line. The mng went ahead and upgraded the room. It was great!! The bed was really comfortable... The room was nice and quiet. Only stay at the Deluxe, not the standard. Make sure you confirm all your information upon arrival. I was not impressed with the customer service from the workers. They were a little rude. Location was great. I would maybe stay there again but only in the deluxe room

Check in was fine, staff was friendly enough but thats about where it ends. Overall cleanliness of the property was poor, elevators were filthy (multiple) and at night exterior lighting was poor. Rooms were not clean and need of remodel. Beds were very bad shape, no support and bedding very worn. Not close to a 3 star property. Would have left but we were not there much and the price was good.

Good location. No remote control of TV and no Iron in the room. After I left hotel, they charged me again and hard to get right person to handle double charging.

Delapidated facility. Inattentive service. From the door lock to the TV nothing worked. Real bad choice of hotel.

Total travel time to Disney was under 30 minutes! Located VERY conveniently on I-Drive near restaurants and attractions! First thing you should know, is if you book a "standard" room, you are getting a room with exterior corridors. The "deluxe" rooms are in a separate building. This was no big deal to us, but not what we were expecting. I will also point out that I traveled with myself and my girlfriend, we're a young couple with no children so keep that in mind. One other thing that kind of tricked me, the "pool bar" is actually a "snack bar", no alcohol there! There is a full bar and restaurant just off the hotel lobby with reasonable food & alcohol prices though. The rooms were very nicely furnished. Nice bed with an imitation Posturepedic foam mattress on top that was very comfy, imitation or not! Room also had plenty of living space which included a pullout sofa and coffee table. Everything was nicely appointed like the pictures. We had plenty of closet space and hangers, though we also brought our own. The closet also had a nice iron and full-size ironing board. TV stand housed a nice little fridge, though it didn't keep things as cold as it could have, it was very convenient to have none the less. The pool area was well-maintained and wasn't as crowded with kids as I expected it to be. Lighted tennis-court was also very nice! Maid-service was wonderful, even folded our personal bedding and neatly arranged the mass of brochures we accumulated on the coffee table! The only problem we had was returning the last night of our stay and our key-cards not working. It was simply a misunderstanding and the front desk cleared it up immediately. Won't find better on a budget!!!

I was just visiting a friend for the weekend so this fit my needs. Nothing fancy, great price here on cheap tickets and just practical. I wouldn't take my girlfriend here but it was cool for two guys just looking to hang for a weekend and using it for a place to crash.

The staff were very professional, flexible, and accommodating. The hotel is in a very good location. As a person with asthma and allergies, smoking bends should not be so close to the door. The bathtub was very slippery. This was my first visit and my husband and I are already planning another trip there. The hotel rooms and bathroom are very spacious. They should provide a non-slip material in the bottom of the bathtubs.

We had stayed in the hotel previously when it was a Radisson hotel so decided to stay in the hotel again when we returned to Orlando, will not be staying there again. The buffet breakfast that we had paid extra for was dismal with a few stale muffins, croissants and some cereal. There was one guy looking after the breakfast room and the "starbucks" in the foyer.

If you stay here, be sure to book a deluxe room in the new section-do not get a standard as we did. In the older room, the bathroom was clean enough, but oddly laid-out, you had to reach under the sink countertops to flush the toilet and they only give you two towels. The closet shelves and hangers were covered in dust so you couldnt hang your clothes. The bedspreads were so old and smelled very very musty as did the room. The mattresses were so worn out that two indentations from years and years of travelers were evident. There were only two tiny flat old pillows. I couldnt sleep all nite for thinking about how old old old and musty the mattress was. The next morning i requested a room in the new section and the front desk clerk was very helpful and let me take a look at it before I upgraded. I was happy to pay the 38 more per night for a new room-it did not smell and had clean white duvet covers instead of bedspreads and suprisingly had very comfortable "sleep number" beds and four good pillows on each bed. We were satisfied with the new room. The only problem is that there were only three towels the first day, but even worse each day the maid would only leave two towels. The pool area definitely needs some cleaning up and daily attendance. The hot tub water was completely cloudy and dirty, the deck was never swept off in four days! The wooden flower bed enclosure surrounding the hot tub was rotting at the bottom and when it rained water from the flower beds would run out into the hot tub. Save your swim time for wet n wild or disney not here.

The hotel is in a great location, has nice pool and room have plenty of space. The hotel is old and the staff tried to help, but we never got a remote to work for hte TV, very few TV stations, missing towels and wash cloths when we arrived, hair in the tub needed dto be cleaned. The hotel restaurant never open in the evening. Only one persons working the desck at checkout which made it very difficult to check out in a timely manner. The elevators are old and slow. Four out of 5 Pepsi machines were out of order. Poor signage when trying to find the entrance.Refirigerator was locked and not accessible, internet never connected

Staff was very accommodating. The older section of the motel. At first we were given a room in the unrenovated section of the motel, it was awful, moldy smelling, doors damaged, stained and outdated furninshings. WhenI went back to the front dest to check out the staff immediatley placed us in the renovated section for the same price.

this was a good hotel for the price, there is a night and day difference between the rooms on the strip and the rooms in the tower. Pay the extra 10 per night and get the tower, they are newly decorated rooms with sleepmember beds and flat screen tvs while the other rooms are comparable to a motel...old (70's ish) It is a convenient location and the staff is friendly and accommodating. there are a lot of places to eat very close to this hotel and it is few steps from the aquatic center YMCA, so if you have a Y membership, it is a nice convenience.

OUR 9 NITE STAY WAS AWFUL. THE FIRST NITE WE GOT A CHEEZY ROOM WITH A DOOR BARELY HANGING ON ITS HINGES-IT NEEDED TO BE SLAMMED AND WIGGLED TO CLOSE AND LOCK. THE SECOND NITE THE A/C IN OUR ROOM BROKE AT 1 AM-THE FRONT DESK JOKED ABOUT HOW WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH THE HEAT SINCE WE'RE FROM ARIZONA. NOT FUNNY. I THINK THEY PUT Travel agent CUSTOMERS IN THE CHEEZY ROOMS, WAY IN THE BACK. I THINK OUR STAY WOULD HAVE BEEN MATCHED BY A MOTEL 6-WE PAID TOO MUCH FOR OUR ROOM. OTHERWISE, ORLANDO IS A GREAT PLACE TO VACATION
