the receptionist gave me a room which is more convenient than normal room which i booked and they were very cooperative. additionally, the location was excellent and the hotel should be rated as four stars not three stars.

Its located in a very ideal location. MRT, shopping, good eating places and shopping places. A great place for medium budget hotel to stay. I will definately consider to stay in my next trip to Hong Kong. Oh another thing, I found out the I could get buses to go to many cities in China from the back of the hotel...first choice for those who want to travel to china from hong kong. Also my request to extend my check-out from 12 noon to 1pm was given...my appreciation to the hotel management.

Premises was compact, but clean, and the staff was friendly. They were courteous and knowledgeable. The room was modern and as clean as most hotels I have stayed in in the U.S. Lighting was good, the view was okay, and the bathroom quite adequate. It was larger than my bathroom at home. The air conditioning worked fine. The room was quiet. I would stay again.

The edge of the fabric district makes shopping easy. Exactly the right place to stay for fabric and trim shopping. Rooms clean and pleasant but small. Food was good service good. Not close to Hong Kong attractions but for the fashion industry shopping, great then move to Hong Kong for sight seeing. Beds harder than for my taste but typical for China.

Unless you really want to stay in Mongkok, I would suggest choosing another hotel. Relative to other hotels in Kowloon, I wouldn't pay more than US$* to stay here again, which is well below the rate I paid. Mongkok itself is a very interesting part of Kowloon, but it's easily accessible from other areas where you can probably find a better value for lodging. The hotel has wi-fi, but no computers for travelers who didn't bring a laptop. The matresses may as well be made of plywood. My room was not filthy but kind of dingy and old. The surrounding buildings (seen from a 4"x4" hole in the glaze on my room's windows) are decrepit. I am not positive but I believe all the rooms are smoking rooms. The staff is very helpful and courteous, and the housekeeping staff in particular were very attentive. Perhaps the upgraded rooms are nicer and more comfortable, but I can't imagine the difference would justify more than $* a night.

Convenient location, Prince mtr station is just across the road. The room is big, clean and comfortable. Staffs at the lobby are quite friendly. Will stay again for my next trip.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this Hotel to everybody. It was the 3rd time I stayed there and I would certainly go back there in the future. It is close to the MTR station and busses and within walking distance of the markets. The only thing that is not so nice are the hard beds.

recommended to use. very close to Edward Price station to take MTR. Around 5-10 minutes walk to Ladies market, not too far.

could not fault hotel for money paid had two adjoining rooms. matresses were very hard but slept V well. did not get to try breakfast of Dining room but was very pleasent. word of caution there are two Metroparks in area make sure you go to the right one that you have reservation!! 5 mins by taxi apart.

we took the bus A21 from the airport and it droped off out side the front door where the bell hop was ready to help us with our luggage - we took the hotel shuttle service back to the airport which did not stop any where else so it was great value for money large room thanks to upgrade and door to door transfer worth the chance!

Room carpet too old for comfort. No sport channel on tv. No complimentary mineral water. Good location,2 mins walk to mtr. 24-hrs macdonalds just across the road and many eateries nearby. Helpful staffs.

I think given the location near the Prince Edward's MTR Station, and also the location near Mongkok, it was a value for money staying there.

I recommend anyone to stay here.. This place is GREAT! It has all the facilities you need and the staff are most helpful. In walking distance to MTR train and Ladie's Market. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel.
