I have stayed in Metropark for the last 6-7 times, love the location as it's easily accessible to almost everywhere we want to go. You can find food, laundry, bank, massage etc around the area. This time my stay has not been very nice as the reception staffs are not too friendly! Time for them to get train on what's customer service!!

Older type hotel, a little further from the centre, but still close to night markets. Airport bus and number 7 bus to the ferry, stop outside hotel. Rooms spacious and very clean. Good value for money. Convenient hotel shuttle bus to centre.

The service at the hotel was great. There are renovations taking place at the hotel. When the noise in our room got too loud, I spoke with the reception and they upgraded us to a fantastic room on the 16th floor. Housekeeping, the breakfast buffet and hotel staff were all really good. The shuttle service around town was fantastic. It saved us a lot of headaches and money. Getting to the hotel was also a breeze. We took the airport express to Kowloon station and then the bus K6 provides free service to the hotel. The only drawback was that the hotel does not have a view. Seeing the amazing highrises of Hongkong, we would have liked to have been able to see some of them from our room. However, the close proximity to Ladies Mkt somewhat makes up for the lack of view.

Good hotel in Mongkok. Location is a bit far from Mongkok MTR but has free shuttle bus. Not bad for this price.

The size and utility of room is pretty good with this price range. Location is a little far from Subway, takes about 15 min walk, but surrounding with busy shopping area. Will stay again.

Free Unlimited Internet Access is most important as I usually visit HK for business trip. Room is small but well facilitated.

This is a really nice hotel. It's only disadvantage is that it is more than the 5-10 minute walk to the neareat MTR station (Mongkok). They run a free shuttle to the MTR and to the harbourside but it never seems to run when you want it. Also, they don't give it much publicity and I only found out after the third day! However, this is nit-picking and anyone considering the Metropark Kowloon should book it with confidence.

The rooms are big enough and have everything you need. Its just a short walk from the MTR station.

The standard room is kind of small for 2 adults and 2 kids. It's clean with basic facilities such as kettle, hair-dryer and internet access. The shuttle bus service is good, otherwise you need to walk about 10-15mins to the nearest MTR and shopping attraction. It is also quite nearby the train station if you want to go Shenzhen.

The Metropark was a lovely place to stay. The location was great and the rooms were very clean and a good size. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at the hotel again!
