This time I was really very happy and satisfied with all the services the Metro Inn Edgecliff offered and the excellent view on the bay-side. I sure will come back and recommend it to friends.

The motel is a bit run down and in need of maintenance. TV reception was very poor. However it was in a very convenient location for us and our room had terrific views of the harbour. Good value for money.

Very nice and friendly staff. Nice meals for dinnner. The Rooms on the street side could be improved with double glass windows. The noise could be reduced.

Rooms small but clean and bed comfortable. Lovely views on harbour side - and quieter than on road side. Parking limited and cramped - get in early!

room 502 was very noisy. there ought to be a water spout to fill the kettle. other than that it was comfortable

This hotel could do with a few smiles from the front counter back. The lift was both visually very poor. Scratched off paint and looked substandard and was quite noisy. The whole place seemed substandard ,and as we were treated quite poorly will not be returning . The rooms were ok and thats about it. The staff were unhelpful and quite unfriendly. I felt this place was bad value for money. The airconditioner dripped constantly all night as well. The facilities were not up to a 3 star as advertised

I filled in a feed back form at the hotel, Iam very pleased with the Metro Inn In Edgeclife, friendly staff, very helpful with directions, public transport was close and excellent. The next time I go to Sydney I will stay at the Metro Edgecliffe.

Found it very hard to sleep because of the terrible traffic noise right outside our window. Would have been good if it was sound proof. Also the windows were terrible - couldn't open or close them. Extremely basic accommodation. Great location though!

Excellent location between the eastern beaches and central Sydney, 2 blocks from the rail station. Quiet area but close enough to many things. Staff helpful and informative. Facilities, particularly the toilets/baths, are in need of better maintenance and sprucing up (peeling paint). Half of the inn's rooms have quite nice views of Double Bay and the Harbor. Affordable.
