This hotel was a bit dirty.. Bit tacky and old. But the service was great, the bar is ok here. But the beds were unbelievably uncomfy!

WORST HOTEL i have stayed in. Rude front desk girl and revolting room with stained carpets and walls... wont bore you with the rest but trust me, If there is someone you really hate, take them here or recommend this hotel to them

The room was extraordinarily tired, it was apparently rated at 3.5 star, but that would have to be the worst example of that rating that i have ever seen. Do youself a favour and stay somewhere else.

A pleasant no frills place to stay - have stayed here a few times now, so that must count for something.

Only one lift was working which meant long delays especially on saturday night when there was a 21st birthday on. The second bed in room 400 was very hard.

Facilities are being upgraded now i have seen the plans and next time i would mark it as VG, reception staff are not very polite and lie about the availavility of rooms etc.

It was a comfortable hotel room with a queen sized bed. It was booked out for the weekend. A nice view of the city from the balcony. Hotel staff on reception were polite and accommodating. Undercover parking was OK. Good prices for the room.

Old and run down but getting a facelift - but the location and price are a winner - and the rooms are really quiet and the views across Perth are hard to beat.

This hotel has been one of the Main stays of the Perth accom scene since the 1970's. FINALY they are refurbishing the hotel i stayed in one of the NEW executive floors which are well worth a look and of course the vieww towards the river and city cannot be outdone by any hotel in Perth. The hotel is situated in Como on the other side of the river from Perth bus's are readly available from the front door until late evening and Taxi's are about A$20.00 to the City. As i metioned earlier the hotel was in upgrade mode so there was plenty of dust and work going on. The only Downside i would have to menton was the very surly reception staff lets hope they will be refurbished soon as well LOL. But if you get a good price on the City view Exec room take it

Its hard to rate this hotel at the moment because it is in the middle of a makeover but for value for money and location it was great. It comes off as a bit seedy but the facelift will help - rooms are really dated but clean and very quiet. Good to have FREE foxtel and in house movies - thought that was thing of the past! Look forward to its new look but i suppose the prices will refelct that. Counter staff were realy nice too.

Showing its age terribly now. Beds sag, carpet stained very much in need of the renovations currently underway on some floors. Would be very interested to see the results of the make over.

We found the Metro hotel excellent for the price. It was in the process of renovation but this was in no way intrusive. the staff were excellent.

i was very uphappy with our stay the only good thing was the view. the whole hotel needs to be revamped and had i known what it was like i would not have bothered. this was a surprise for my husband who had been upwell to brighten him up but i was very upzset and disappointed. you had to order your room befre 8.30pm or you could not get anything after that time. the facilities were extremely basic. i dont think i will be using your site again.

I stayed at this hotel two times during last week. Both times rooms were dirty, with fridge full of smell and tv broken. The bathroom was in a bad shape too.. with its drain blocked and weird sounds comming out of the shower and stains in the bath tub. My wife and I have decided not to stay in this hotel again in the future..

This hotel was in a disgusting state. We walked out after seeing our room - which was not the room we thought we had booked on the internet - and had to pay double at an alternative hotel as it was late on a Saturday evening.

Position is good, and parking better than city hotels, but rooms are average, continental breakfast was woeful, and generally had a tacky feeling. One of our "River View" rooms had a view of their roof.
