| These apartments are very small and cluttered and appear to look very tired. The location although convenient in the centre of Melbourne is very noisy due to a nightclub across from the apartments with a lot a people in the streets well into the early hours. |

| Very central with good facilities - we stayed in 1 bed apartment. However area was very noisy on Friday and Saturday night and bed was really hard both took a bit of getting used to. |

| Metro Apartments are located in a quant little lane way off Collins St. I loved the location and easily walked to the Exhibition Centre each day. There were some nights where the gargbage trucks seemed a bit noisy and also some noise from the nearby bars/nightclubs but overall it was quite good. |

| Pleasantly surprised given my experience of hotels! - clean, great facilities, great location in centre of city. Only downside was a bit of noise from nearby nightclub and binmen in the very early hours of Saturday morning. But it wasn't enough to put me off returning. They'll see us again. |

| Fantastic location near plenty of pubs / clubs / restaurants. I spent a weekend in Melbourne to go to the football and this was the perfect central spot. The rooms are clean and reasonable size, although the bathroom is a little on the small side. There can be a bit of noise from streets / clubs, but this did not bother me because I was amongst it. Will visit this hotel again for another great trip to Melbourne. |

| The suite was compact but well supplied with amenities. The problem was that there must be a club/bar somewhere nearby so sleeping in Room 103 was out of the question until it closed at 3am, no music just loud voices that you could swear were in the lounge room. |

| My room was a bit loud at 5 am when the garbage trucks came to empty about 20 big bins for the street, and the room was so small there was no place to keep luggage other than the closet. However, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location is very central. |

| We recently stayed with our 2y old son and the apartment was adequate for what we wanted. It was clean with modern furnishings, close to everything and had a kitchenette and also a washer/dryer that came in handy. We thought it might have been noisy, as other people have mentioned that as its opposite a pub, but apart from a few noises from other rooms, our son was the one who kept us up the most! Would stay here again. |

| Consistently of high standard, we spent our honeymoon there and have stayed three more times since (always a suite). Staff are very polite and helpful. |

| Excellent location in the CBD. Studio apartments are tiny with those on the 3rd floor with virtually no sunlight as the windows are against the wall of the next door building. One bedroom apartment was bigger and a better deal. |

| STAFF AND ESTABLISHMENT WAS EXCELLENT - THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS TRYING TO ENTER AND EXIT WITH A PRAM - OTHERWISE I WOULD MAKE THIS MY REGULAR PLACE TO STAY WHILE IN MELBOURNE - WITH NO PRAM IT WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT!! |

| Not only was the location perfect for making the most of Melbourne, the helpful and genuinely friendly staff made us feel at home. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was so roomy we easily accommodataed 2 extras after a very late night and getting a fold away bed to the room at late notice was easy-peasy!!! We will definitely stay at Metro again and have already told many friends and family how impressed we were. Well done Metro!!! |

| A good, not-too-expensive hotel in the middle of the city, but in a really lovely lane. Room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. Recommended for business travellers. |

| We had a great time and the location was awesome. While the room was very clean and comfortable, we are a little concerned that we both eneded up with a few bites on our bodies so it might pay just to check whether there was something either on the sheets or in the carpet.
Thanks for a wonderful time though. |
