| Its an okay hotel, close to the city centre, clean room & good size.
Staff was okay & friendly, but a bit stretched as there were tons of people.
The only problem is the loud siren/car alarms that go on for quite a long time at night.
We would stay there again. Cheers.

It was a good value for Dublin. About a 20 minute walk to center. My husband and I love to walk so it was nice for us. Staff was friendly. It was in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and pubs. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. We would stay there again.

We picked the area deliberately because of its convenience for the city, Merrion Square, Art Gallery and Ballsbidge. The staff were welcoming and resolved a small problem efficiently. The rooms were very comfortable. We had a room at the back which was quiet. I don't know about the front rooms which overlook a busy road. Overall we found that the hotel offered really good value for a city hotel.

I had a barlunch, but the fish was soggy and cold. The staff seemed over whelmed by the customers. The Bistro had lovely lunches. good value for money. Roomservice breakfast was dissapointing.

The hotel was a little further out from the centre than intended but very easily walkable and good value for money. Bedroom and en-suite both a good size and very clean. Shower power was slightly weak though and not as hot as would have been preferred.

We were not happy about the level of service at the hotel. i.e. the t.v. was turned off in the bar & the lobby at 11.00pm. One American guest was not allowed to view the final of the golf and had to go to another hotel to do so. Not very welcoming of us Irish!

A Dublin hotel I'll recommend without hesitation -- a gem of a place, international, exceptionally clean, organized, reasonable, quiet, professional, spacious. Young and old travelers, foreigners from everywhere. As they say, a brisk walk to the city center, 15 minutes to St Stephens square and 20 min to Trinity -- or easy cab ride. Good restaurant, and a cafe and bar. Safe, interesting site by historic canal, near airport shuttle coach.

I found the staff to very helpful and welcoming. You could perhaps do with a little more parking space for residents. all in all I had an enjoyable stay and would certainly reccomend the hotel and would like to return

Hotel was easy to get to. About a 20-25 min walk to the centre of Dublin. A 30 Euro ride from the airport. Its a quiet part of the city. Hotel was clean, modern and served the puprose of a weekend stay. Room was good size and clean. Did not try the restaurant for food.
