The check in staff had no idea what was going on, the "manager" was rude, the room was not clean. When I pay to stay somewhere I don't want hair in my tub and sink and left over towels. I'm sure they never vacuumed the place. There were some people partying in the hotel and were loud all hours of the night. I was on the back side and it was scary, it was dark, not well lit, and not the friendliest looking staff. The bed sunk in in the middle and was in obvious need of a new mattress. Then I specifically asked for a non-pet room as I have allergies, and I found animal hair in the chair and bed spread. Then after all was said and done, I checked out and paid for the room with cash, because I didn't want it on my credit card, and they still charged it anyways. So I contacted the manager who's response was "When I get the time I'll "look into it."" I would never stay here again if someone paid me too. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.

It is pet friendly if you are in need of that. However, it was noisy with lots of dogs and a rowdy crowd.

The staff was friendly, but we had to move once because something in our bathroom leaked, and we ended up with an inch of water on the floor. All in all, it was a very decent place to stay. It would have been nice if they had a kiddies pool, but we managed nonetheless.

Decent, lower cost place. Stay occasionally on way thru. Quick I-70 access, city and college. Variety of fast-food and sit-down restaurants nearby, as is big Safeway store. 2nd Floor is cleaner & rooms in better condition for those of us who don't smoke, travel w/ bad pets or treat motels poorly. Unfortunately, some of those types have stayed at this lodging's lower level.

The staff at check in were unfriendly. The carpeting and bathroom were in need of cleaning. The carpet had many stains on it. The bathroom had bath towels hanging on the back of the door from previous guests. The mattress and pillows were in need of upgrading, the rooms are poorly insulated so that you can hear people in adjoining rooms talking. For the cost, not a good value

I thought the rate was great, however the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The room and bath were clean.

This hotel is convenient to interstate & restaurants. Hotel staff very helpful. There are only 2 set of steps to upstairs rooms & they are on opposite ends & sides of hotel. Very inconvenient. Glad we are in good shape, since we got a workout each time we had to go to our car or tote our luggage. Good hotel except for steps.

I have stayed here before and it is a simple hotel with a pool but the staff is nice the rooms a pretty clean and it isn't right next to the highway so you don't get the noise but close enough to find from the highway.(.3mi).

It was a hassle after a long day of travel to find our room so dirty we couldn't stay there and had to go find another hotel in town. The room wasn't clean & the rat droppings in the bathroom really sent my daughter into a fit. I was horrified!

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality, cleanliness and value for the very reasonable price we paid.

Good place to stay if you are on a budget and are visiting Mesa State College or the Palisade vineyards.

I reserved this for my parents traveling on the road and they were having trouble finding a motel. They had no idea what came with their room. When they asked if a continental breakfast came with the room. It was clean and they had a nice room.
