Merlin Farm offers converted barn accommodation perfectly located in tranquil countryside. The holiday cottages carry a 3 Star Visit Britain Rating. Mawgan Porth is an ideal resort to base your holiday in Cornwall. Mawgan porth is close to Surfing Beaches, it's own & those in Newquay & Watergate Bay, Golf, Eden Project, plus many more. For golf lovers, an 18 hole golf course & fishing lakes are adjacent to the farm & for those seeking a more lively holiday, the bustling town of Newquay is just a 15 minute drive away. The Old Cornish fishing town of Padstow is 15 minutes drive away where you will find Rick Steins World Renowned Seafood Restaurant. The accommodation comprises of a spacious barn 'Treyarnon' with 3 bedrooms and sleeping 2 to 8 persons. Daymer, an open plan studio is perfect as a romantic retreat and new this Autumn - 5* Eco Cottages each with 2 bedrooms sleeping 2 - 4 persons. DEPOSIT: 25% Non refundable deposit is required upon booking, the remaining Balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. CHECK IN/OUT: Daymer & Treyarnon: Arrive from 15:00 & Depart by 10:00, Eco cottage: Arrive from 14:00 & Depart by 11:00. DOGS: Dogs are welcome by arrangement, a supplement of £10 per dog per wk in Daymer, £15 in Treyarnon & £20 in our Eco cottages. PLEASE NOTE that there is currently building works onsite, any disruption will be kept to a minimum and there may be noise between approx 8am and 4.30pm Mon - Fri. Sorry for any inconvenience.
