Merlin Farm is a small complex of converted barns and eco cottages tucked in the Cornish Countryside 15 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Mawgan Porth, on the North Coast of Cornwall. There are also 300 miles of coastal paths maintained by the National Trust. An 18 hole golf course fishing lakes are adjacent to the farm. There are many beautiful countryside coastal walks direct from the farm, for those seeking a more lively holiday, the bustling town of Newquay is just a 15 minute drive away. The Old Cornish fishing town of Padstow is 15 minutes drive away where you will find Rick Steins World Renowned Seafood Restaurant, and Jamie Olivers 'Fifteen' Restaurant a 5 minutes drive away at Watergate Bay. The accommodation comprises of Treyarnon, a spacious barn with 3 bedrooms sleeping 2 to 8 persons, Daymer, an open plan studio, perfect as a romantic retreat sleeps 2 and 3 five star Eco Cottages, each with 2 bedrooms sleeping 2 - 4 people. DEPOSIT: 25% Non refundable deposit is required upon booking, the remaining Balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. CHECK IN/OUT: Daymer Treyarnon: Arrive from 15:00 Depart by 10:00, Eco Cottages: Arrive from 14:00 Depart by 11:00.DOGS: Dogs are welcome by arrangement, a supplement of £10 per dog per wk in Daymer, £15 per dog per wk in Treyarnon and £20 per dog per wk in the Eco Cottages (max 2) this is payable with the balance. Dogs are not to be left alone in the accommodation when you go out. DAMAGES: A Housekeeping deposit is also payable with the balance: £50 Daymer, £100 Treyarnon and £150 Eco Cottage.
