| Nice historic family hotel on the river, just 10 min. walk from the station and 15 form the main attraction of Florence, rooms are well furnished (if you like antiques), simple breakfast. VERY FRIENDLY staff! We felt the bed was a little too hard, but is a subjective thing. |

| did not like the fact they ask you to pay $100 per night u are staying upfront. it seems very unnecessary. so not only are you paying for the hotel stay upfront but for $100 extra for every night you are there !! |

| The first might we were on the first floor and it was extremely noisy until 4 am. We asked for a room change the next day and were fine after that. |

| The bathroom was very mouldy, as there was no shower door the water tended to go all over the bathroom. Apart from the floor there was no where else to put clean clothing taken into the bathroom to stop it getting wet. I would suggest some sort of bench as opposed to a small glass shelf. Apart from the shower the room was very comfortable, clean and tidy and the service was good. |
