This is the first time for me & my husband in Bali. The hotel is very clean , nice location & friendly faces staff all the way . It's convenient to go shopping , foot massage & lots of restaurant nearby the hotel.

Nice hotel with polite staff but bad breakfast. Very expensive but easy access to the beach. recommended for family who wants to spend most time at the beach.

Whenever I come to Bali I stay at the Mercure Kuta Hotel. They have a fantastic cafe where u can have buffet breakfast which overlooks the endless swimming pool and Kuta beach. This hotel is very centrally located and such good value. I am suprized that this hotel doesn't charge more. But who's complaining. I enjoy the day spa which is 5 star. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful. They have a tour desk adn shop where u can hire surf boards etc... Definetly recomend to stay here.

We ordered an ocean view room...but we could barely see the seaview from our room...and the room is smaller than the one in the photo~~but the view at the roof top was fantastic...services were good...and had the best location

We have only compliments for the service; everything we asked for was delivered without delay. The room was dark but cosy and clean, although a bit small for the third bed. We made a better job of rearranging it ourselves. Beds were very comfortable. There could have been more shelves rather than hangers. Although our room faced Hard Rock and we had brought earplugs, we had no need of them at all. Location is great, just minutes to Poppies and right in front of the beach; convenience stores just round the corner. Would we stay there again? Definitely.
