I did stay there and found the ever best hotel in mecca. The facility they are giving is awsome and rate are not too high. Neat and clean good service. I recommend it for all to stay there while in mecca.

Pleasant hotel with good facilities, stayed four nights with my daughter, commuting to and from the Haram with the hotel bus was good but with some hiccups. I recommend it and advice anyone to stay there to be careful when paying, as I have been charged twice by cash and credit card for the stay, it took me a while to claim the refund from my credit card company.

I did stay for three nights with my family in Mercure Grand Umm Al Qura, really nice rooms equipped with good comfort, i didn't have problems to reach The Haram, only about 800 meter (about 10 minutes walk to Kaaba) with reasonable prices. I recommend it to my friends, not crowded as Hotels facing Haram.

Did not like anything about this hotel. Outdated decor, poor facilitiles, no taxi at hotel. No point worst hotel I ever stayed.
