This hotel is located in a somewhat industrial area of the city. There's a large Real market right across the street, which is convenient, but there isn't much else within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean, and the desk staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to provide an iron and ironing board, as well as a fan for a colleague. The air conditioning exists but unless you put your face right in front of the vent, you wouldn't know it. Supposedly there's a spa in the hotel, which is fairly common in Germany, but I did not have time to look or try it. They do have wireless Internet access, but it is extremely overpriced at 12 euro's (US$17) from 6 pm until 9 am (so not even 24 hours, which would cost something like 20 euro). I would stay there again if visiting the same site. The restaurant was good and is open until 11 pm which is nice if you're working late.
