Other than Orbitz did not send my reservation to them the Hotel was great the staff was perfect. This is the place to stay while in Cali,It was close to everthing i wanted.

The hotel room has a lot of pretty carved wood in the room and beautiful frescos in the bathroom tiles, similar to an Italian Villa. The hotel is located right smack where the new in sector of Cali is; you will find great bars, shops, banks, restaurants and clubs; very safe, you will be listening to all the club music until 3am like I did.

THe over all hotel stay was very nice. was able to park on the premises and the staff was very helpful and friendly both in the front desk and diningroom
