Food was very good, and the food service well organized. This was fortunate, as there are no restaurants or shopping places within walking distance. Location a bit remote, forcing me to take cabs at night when I prefer to walk or take public transport. I waited 35 minutes for the transfer bus from the Domestic Air terminal around midday. For an up-market hotel, it was satisfactory but not outstanding. My Mac e-mail did not work properly on the hotel ISP system.

Beakfast and dinner were excellent. One way to or from Airport terminals costs AUD5.00 is too expensive.

Good location for an overnight stay if flying out early from Sydney International Airport. Just an average hotel really but they charge a lot to stay there. Isolated position if you don't have a car which requires you to eat at their restaurant - at exhorbitant prices. Tip - buy Subway at the airport before you make your way to the hotel, unles you don't mind paying $140 a couple for dinner. No internet access in rooms. Nothing special except for the convenient location.

Very handy to airport. Do not think that the shuttle to the airport should be charged as an extra as the room rate is very high. Room service food left a lot to be desired. The quantity was plentiful but the quality was very poor and not up to usual Room Service standard.

The location is what is paid for the facilities are average at above avaerage prices.Near the airport otherwise i would not have paid the price.

The air conditioning unit was very noisy and made it impossible to sleep. I think the air conditioning needs upgrading. We ordered a plate of hot chips from room service and we waited 30 minutes before ringing to find out how much longer it would be, it then arrived 10 minutes later.

Good hotel, close to Sydney international airport with regular shuttle bus to both international and domestic airport. OK breakfast, helpful staff, good option for quick overnights before flight or after late arrival. Wouldn't recomend it for Sydney tourists- too far from city and sights, better as transit hotel.

Nothing special, nothing really wrong with it either. One of those places you stay to be close to the airport. It was clean and the bed was comfortable and I gues they are the main requirements in the end.

Only problem experienced was that the room was extremely warm airconditioning was not very effective during the night.
