Newly remodeled - very clean room - super convenient location. No coffeemaker in room. The staff were friendly and accommodating - they let us check in early. The looks may fool you from the outside, but the room we stayed in was newly remodeled and very clean/comfortable. King bed, large television, microwave, and fridge. No coffeemaker in the room, but the lobby had one. The hotel is conveniently located right next to I40 - you're only about 15 minutes from downtown Memphis. Also, the hotel was near shopping, dining, and minutes from a Starbucks. Wolfchase Mall is right up the road, as is Shelby Farms for outdoor recreation. All in all, a great. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked how clean and comfortable the rooms were, and the staff was very kind. I did not like the cleanliness of the pool, as it was not clean. With the amazing help of Priceline.com, I was able to get an amazing sleep for a really low cost. The only downfall to this motel was the cleanliness of the pool, and the poor breakfast menu. I do understand that this was a very economical motel. Overall I would rate this motel as a great place to stay throughout the weekend, as it was an economical choice, and it was a great place to unwind during a business trip. I am sure to recommend Priceline.com, as well a Memphis Inn, to all of my colleagues sure to visit Memphis in the near future.

The staff was nice but the rooms were very small but comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The fridge did not get cold could not put anything in it, could not plug DVD player up to the TV and could not get the free internet. I would not stay in this hotel again The Memphis Inn was not what I thought it would. We could not get the internet at all the office, did not know how to do it, refrigerator did not work, rooms were clean and neat, but we could not use the TV to watch DVDs. I'v never stayed in a hotel, were that was not possibly and I did not get a receipt for my stay because they said they could not give me one.
