A fabulous and friendly hotel, superb location.I was travelling with my daughter and the hotel was just in the right place for us to visit the Louvre and the Pompidou Centre. The Tuileries are just at the bottom of the road - fantastic! The hotel staff were attentive and friendly, the room was quiet, clean and spacious. No complaints at all! We walked everywhere, but the metro is handy. You can easily find reasonably priced cafes and restaurants just a short walk away, even though the hotel is in quite an upmarket area.

Simply Superb! This hotel is like a breath of fresh air, in a city that has a huge number of massively overpriced, mediocre hotels. We staed on the first stage of our honeymoon for 4 nights, at an amazing Late Rooms Rate that was only matched by the hotel's own website. Other sites, like Expedia, were three or four times more expensive - and even at those prices this hotel would have been a gem.Welcoming reception staff, who promptly offered us a special rate for breakfast of only €10 per person - even the advertised rate of €28 would have been great value, as breakfast was superb, with wonderful staff. Everyone - porters, receptionists, restaurant staff, chambermaids were polite, friendly and efficient - a real credit to a very good hotel.Would we stay again - definitely. Would we recommend - without question.Oh, and did we mentzion the location? Just over the road from Les Jardins Tuilleries - just superb.Thank you for a memorable stay - we will be back.

A good dealBooked this on a fixed deal paid in advance and got an excellent rate on a good hotel in an first class location. Room was exactly what we wanted in terms of central Paris location and staff dealt with every need. We decided to breakfast outside of hotel but there was a good offer when checking in for breakfast at a rate better than we were able to get locally in Cafe's. Would definitely return if visiting again. Only 50m walk from the right exit from Concorde Metro station making the convenience excellent. We had a room at the rear from the street so it was nice and quiet.

We will stay here againWe found the staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a good location and very close to metro stations. The room was of a higher standard than we expected. It did get a bit too warm but the weather was very mild. We opened the well double glazed windows which was quite noisy but you are in the center of Paris so you should expect it to be noisy. I have already recommended this hotel to a friend.

Great hotel, location & serviceI stayed in this hotel during my great last minute deal for midweek break at the end of March, which was still a bit cold but still enjoyed my stay.Located in a very stylish part of Paris, close to the metro, river, cafes & restaurant, La Place Vendome where the Ritz is and plenty of expensive shops and boutiques. This is a quiet elegant hotel: lovely spacious rooms and very nice marble bathrooms (some with shower, some with bath) and very comfy beds. However, beware of the interconnecting rooms as the noise travels through those doors..I had to put up with a 15 min row over money by an American couple, amusing though...There is a computer in the lobby, if you need to use the internet (but mind the crazy keyboard), €4 for 30mins. I did not have the hotel breakfast as it is a bit overpriced but there's plenty of choice of bars to have your breakfast in.Overall, I was most pleased with this hotel and their staff and will be coming back later this year.

The staff where very friendly and helpful (this may have been due to the fact that my 24 year old daughter who spoke fluent french was with me). We had booked a superior room and we were given a standard room. This was an error by the hotel which was rectified when pointed out, however we had to ask for two robes and slippers as there was only one in the room. I was under the impression that the room we were given had not been prepared for us as the toilet did not have the usual cleaning strip that we would have expected and the shelf where the toiletries where was dusty. The mini bar was full but we had to request a bottle opener for the half bottle of wine. when we asked what the vip welcome was the staff shrugged their shoulders. We later were given a box containing 2 chocolates. the carpet was badly torn in front of the wardrobe and the lighting was very poor in the room itself. (shabby chic?)the hotel itself is very well situated for the louvre and the place de concord, shopping on rue st honore.i would have liked to have eaten there to see what the food was like to see if it would tempt me to go back there.would i stay there again? Difficult one!

Good location for walking/Metro to most parts of tourist Paris around the river. In a quiet street which allowed the window to be open ot the A/C on for a good nights sleep. Did not eat in the hotel as part of visiting Paris is to explore!
