Really nice room on top floor with balcony, only down side was noise of spanish tipping out of clubs between 3 and 6am. perhaps we should have gone clubing as the Sanish seem to work to a diffrent timscale to northen europe!!!!

The aircon was broken in our room, so teh temperature was not optimum. Would stay again, Great location. 10 mins walk from Cathedral

This was an excellent hotel to begin our holiday. Arriving quite late in the evening after a short taxi ride from the airport we found the staff most welcoming and helpful. The room was very spacious , clean and comfortable and although the air conditioning was a little noisy it was otherwise perfect. The hotel is very close (just a few minutes walk) to the centre of town and all the sights, including the cathedral in Santiago. However it is sufficiently far enough away from the crowds to be peaceful at night. The outdoor pool was also a big bonus after a hot day's sightseeing. We didn't book breakfast or eat at the hotel so cannot comment on this but generally we thought it was excellent and we'd definitely book again if ever in Santiago.

Fantastic location, larger than usual room, lots of extra touches (bathrobes) and excellent service. Car Park underneath the hotel - incredibly convenient for Santiago.
