Initial meet and greet was good but beyond that staff showed little empathy or interest. Room was smaller than I expected and the bed was very low.

To describe this as an apartment is a joke, more like a hotel room with a microwave. Tiny room and under-equipped.

We had a great room and the service was fantastic but there is a very poor selection in the mini bar, a tiny cafe with a very average breakfast only menu and a lift that guests were getting stuck in every time you went in to them. They kept apologising for the lifts but lets face it getting stuck in a lift with 2 small kids ruins your day.

Stayed for 5 nights of shopping trip. Rooms well appointed, we were upgraded which was fab and well worth the extra if we were paying. Only across the road to train station and short walk to Darling Harbour - so handy to great resturants. Pool was good but not much if you wanted to sit outside in the sun. Would definately stay again.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with views of Darling Harbour - it was fantastic. Great location too - only 1 minute to Town Hall Train Station and 5 minutes to Darling Harbour.

Well serviced accommodation with friendly staff. Great location in the CBD. Extras quite pricey, but probably the norm for this type of place. Would stay again if back in Sydney.

The reception staff were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout our stay, such as producing a US/Australia plug and cable for my daughter's laptop to replace the ones she left in Los Angeles. We were also thrilled to get an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, a great help as one of our party was there to audition for an orchestral job, and she was able to practice in her own room without disturbing anyone; the soundproofing was the best I have experienced in a hotel. The location was excellent - a short walk to the main shopping area, Darling Harbour and the Metro. We will definitely stay here again on future visits to Sydney.

Location is excellent, has a nice pool and gym is ok. But the studios are very small, just a hotel room really.
