At the Medina Grand Harbourside, you're less than a 5 min. walk from the Darling Harbour! You're right next to all the attractions (Aquarium/Wildlife) and the rooms are wonderful!

Highly recommended and this is not just a case of location location location. Yes it is only a few paces away from King street wharf with all it's restaurants, bars aquarium, wildlife world and ferry wharf but the Medina Grand is so much more than a great location. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to attend to your needs. Attention to detail is what makes the Medina Grand Harbourside. The apartments and studios are well kitted out and always clean to the highest of standards. You will not be disappointed!!

The shower had no grab bars..very dangerous for Seniors.

The service was fantastic... receptionist was very helpful and friendly and offered a lot of additional service. :) The room was clean and well spaced and the general feel of it was nice and cosy like your own little apartment. The price is a bit higher than i would normally pay but it was well worth it. Location was close to trains and shopping centres and was in easy walking distance of many locations :) Would recommend to all friends and family and anyone wanting to stay in sydney

very convenient location... easy to find off the bridge and the room was exactly what we were looing for as we have a 10mth old and he likes room to crawl around. will definately stay there again

1 Lift was broken when I stayed there which made it difficult to go in & out of the hotel room, which took very long. Did not get the Twin rooms I wanted & the staff did not give it to us without paying extra, even though it was stated in the hotel confirmation slip. CD player didn't work. Overall, it's ok for staying 1-2 nights, otherwise, it's not at all that comfortable for over a few days.

All the front desk staff that we encounted at the hotel were most helpful and obliging. They went out of there way to help with little things, like directions,ferry time tables and even to booking our seat allocation for our flight home. It made us feel special guests. The staff training obviously is of a very high standard. Well done. Thankyou.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location and thank goodness for double glazed windows, which ensured a good night's sleep. Loved the sliding doors enclosing the bedroom.
