Hassle-free. Well-positioned. Cool design. I could hear the guests upstairs walking around and opening and closing doors, which was a bit annoying, but no real problem. Overall, good.

We stayed in the a larger room which was older style and needs modernisation, the studio rooms are modern and well equiped... The location is great The spa was out of action, but was promised will be ok soon. I would add a DVD player for this type of accomodation. Staff were great....

We thought the lift was too slow and you should have another one to access the reception area. More ( or better) lighting in the bathroom would be of benefit. The instructions for operating the stove, washing machine were vague and difficult to understand. The ceiling fans in both bedrooms were excessively noisy at any speed. We thought that charging $5.00 a day for a DVD player was a bit much. Surely this could be costed into the room fee and kept in the room. Apart from these items we would stay at the Medina again.

Two incidents where the cleaning staff left our room door open and very slow response to our concerns. Two episodes of leaking bathroom roof when people in upstairs unit took a shower. Location and view excellent, room comfortable with all facilities required.

Someone had boiled and egg in the kettle and it had exploded- leaving the inside of the kettle a mess. Issues was highlighted to management and fixed immediately. Good stay at funky location.

My wife and I stayed at Medina Executive St. Kilda Melbourne to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and I couldn't have found a better place. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the apartment was great. Facilities included washer, drier, cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer and the TV, stereo etc.etc. It would be very easy to call this place home. All this and situated a very short to restaurants, clubs, hotels and the beach and only 5 minutes from the CBD. You couldn't wish for a nicer place at a very reasonable price. We will certainly be staying again.

Was a nice place, we requested to be allocated in a refurbished area and they did. The only disapointment was re the price, for the price I paid I was expecting betted facilities, a bigger room. But if the price is right I would certainly stay there again.
