The resort has numberous condominiums with kitchens, fireplace, TV, VCR and depending on the specific unit either a private balcony or patio. The central clubhouse has outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Small workout room, racquetball courts, locker room, sauna and tennis courts during the summer months.

Pretty good place for family relaxation. Good location and nice views. Not fancy or well-decorated, so if you're a traveler who loves a gorgeous room, it's not for you. Could use another sofa or a love seat in the family room. There wasn't enough seating for family TV viewing, etc. On the tiny patio, there were two filthy, plastic chairs, a hose and a torn bag of sand... not very hospitable. Winter Park inself is fantastic, beautiful and laid back in the summer. You can do a lot if that's what you want, or do nothing.

This condo was in a great location. The amenities were great. The condo needed some updates. The beds were very comfortable. The only problem we had was the cleanliness. The carpet had not been vacuumed and we found trash and dirty socks under the sofa and beds. My son also had a condo and it was updated and very clean. I guess it is just the luck of the draw.
