Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Excellent location realistically priced. Near to eateries and shopping. Easy access to KLCC thorough LRT or Taxi(short 10 mins ride) without the high priced which hotel charges if loacted in KLCC vicinity. Highly recommended.

The hotel is well located with a helpful staff, the room (standard) was clean and comfortable but small. Taking these elements into consideration the price is more than acceptable. Unfortunately I did not have time to take advantage of the swimming pool and other facilities so I cannot give my opinion...I would stay again there if the opportunity is offered to me.

I took a superior room during my stay at your hotel June 2nd to June 7th. The room was really dirty the day we checked in. We had to ask the room service to come in at 2:00 am in the morning. Even later, the maid on duty on our floor (28th floor) was very rude and behaved very badly with us. She did not even change the bedclothes everyday, and even not hoovering everyday. Even after complaining twice in the reception, i had to come to the room at 11 at night and ask housekeeping to change the sheets which were 2 days old. Overall the cleanliness of the room was very bad! Otherwise all was good. And PLEASE PUT UP A PICTURE OF THE SUPERIOR ROOM so people know what they are taking, from the website. The picture shows a deluxe room, whereas the superior room is much narrower!

Stayed at this hotel for one night. I did the reservation through their online credit card processor. It was very fast and reliable. I called up the hotel just to check if they received my booking and they confirmed. I arrived there at 4pm and did not wait long to check in. Hotel's very clean and is located near the central of Kuala Lumpur with a lot of shopping and varieties of delicious food at a very reasonable price. For those who loves to go to Masjid India for shopping, this is a very good hotel as it is just a walking distance from the hotel. Overall, I'm very happy and satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The rates are very reasonable and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The main thing that impressed me is the cleanliness of this hotel.

Excellent. Really helpful staff. Clean, cool, smart room. I just couldn't have asked for more - except a reliable, fast internet connection. The cable connection in my room was so slow as the be unusable, the "Business Centre" was a little better. Apart from that it was great and I will stay again.

The hotel only sells beer and the fact that wine or any other alcohol is not stocked would have been nice to know as we may have considered another hotel!

Lovely, clean, smart hotel with excellent facilities and lovely, helpful staff. It's very new and so I had to "help" taxis to find it. "Little India" helps. Great Pool, fitness room and restaurant. I would stay here again and again until it gets popular and they put the prices up to a realistic level.
