What are your breakfast options?: Traditionally, a choice of cereals, home-made fresh fruit salad, Full English Breakfast (lightly, and healthily grilled), plenty of thick hot toast with much tea and coffee and juice. Other options are available on request, e.g. porridge, continental breakfasts, Omelettes, scrambled/boiled/poached eggs, kippers, banana on toast.

Usual breakfast times are 8:30am - 9:00am midweek with a 9:00am start on Sundays. However, we have been known to serve breakfasts at 4:00am for those swimming the lake or in cycling events. Basically, any early breakfasts are possible, as long as the guest respects the quietness of other guests still sleeping.
What transport is available to get around?: Mini coach tours pick up from our door after breakfast and drop off back at May Cottage.
What can I do nearby?: We are in the best location to base a Lake break, a quiet location, yet 2 minutes walk to the Lake, restaurants, shops, tapas bars, etc.
Do you have internet?: Wi-Fi access is free and available throughout the B&B, including within the rooms.
What traveller type is most suited?: Suits couples, singles, families, - It wouldn't be suited for anyone looking for the disco type nightlife. Most tourists tire themselves out walking around all day, dine in local restaurants or tapas bars, and walk home by the lake and retire into comfortable rooms ready to start another day in the morning.
Do you provide parking?: Guests may park in the private car park.
