I did not enjoy my stay at all. First off, I had originally booked another hotel, and I had to cancel my travel plans and re-book while I was already in Florida because I was told I could not change my pick up location of the rental car. (This all was a huge inconvience) Then, the confirmation I had printed was to The Grand Legacy, and when I arrived I was not in the system. There was a mix up and I ended up at The Masters Inn. I will not be booking through orbit again! This was unnecessary aggrivation that I was caused. Also, The Masters Inn was the biggest dump I have ever seen and I was discusted staying there for the duration of my vacation.

I really didn't like this hotel at all. The only thing that was nice was the location. The hotel itself was dirty and disgusting. We were disgusted sleeping in the bed. Upon checking in, the front desk attendant was very rude to me. When we entered the room, is smelled disgusting, and there were incense sticks that had been burned to cover the smell. The bed sheets did not fit the bed. and the dirty, smelly, old matress was exposed. When I called the front desk to get sheets that fit the bed, they told me that housekeeping was gone for the day. They told me to come by and pick up new sheets. They assured me that they would fit the bed properly, but when I put them on, they were also too small. We were scared to sleep on the bed. The blankets also had holes in them and were obviously very old. Our room had no alarm clock in it, and when I asked the front desk why, they told me that they stoped stocking the rooms with them because people were taking them home. They also said that was the reason they did not offer shampoo or conditioner. (aren't those complementary sample sizes?!) It was inconvenient not having a clock in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

To make a long story short! 1) Bathroom was moldy 2) middle blanket had hard crusty brown stains on it 3) bathtub drain was clogged 4) bed was not level 5) 7:56 am cleaning lady tried breaking in my room!!!! Thank god I put the little metal lock on that only allowed the door to open a couple of inches. All in all I cant complain to much because it was cheap. You get what you pay for.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK AFTER THE WAY I WAS TREATED. Hotel is what you would expect for 40 per night. Upon checkout I recieved a coupon for 5 off my next stay. We went to Epcot for the day and decided to stay again. Upon arriving at the hotel I give the guy the coupon and advised him that I stayed last night and the lady at checkout gave me this coupon. About 20 seconds later he starts screaming at me You can't use this coupon without booking on our website. I began to explain to him that I recieved this that very morning but could not seem to get throught to this maniac. I said forget it, I'm going to be talked to that way so we stayed at another place down the street. This was a last minute visit to see friends. I go to Orlando Frequently and There are much better values at other hotels if they are vacant.

This hotel was good if you're just looking for a low cost place to crash after a long day at the parks. NOT a 5 star resort! The rooms are basic, clean with a shower and sink and no amenities (which are available for a higher rate) It was close to tons of resturants and shops and the shuttle to Epcot/Disney had prompt and courteous driver who was quite entertaining. I would recommend this hotel if you are just interested in somewhere to sleep and shower. The bed was a little hard the room was a little worn, but I have never been in a hotel where they weren't. The only real complaint I had was the check in lobby was not very welcoming and smelled badly of stale cigarette smoke but I didn't have to sleep there, so I didn't care!

The people at the desk are rude. They call your room 2 hrs before checkout time to ask when you are checking out, and they have the maids try to break into your room in the morning before check out. Have stayed unfortunately more than once and the same thing happens every time. Nobody speaks english well either. Wouldn't recommend at all, especially if you have children!

The hotel itself was okay, not too clean, but considering they price not bad. The free shuttle service was ridiculous! Not only were they late nearly everyday, but when you did get on the shuttle you had to wait over an hour to get to the parks because they would keep stopping at hotel till the bus was full way over capacity. One trip the tire went flat and the back of the bus started to smoke and drag across the street! Another time we actually had to get a cab back to the hotel because the drive told us the wrong spot to wait. When we complained to the administration they told us the had nothing to do with the free shuttle service they advertised and that we would have to direct our complaints else where. As you may guess we were not too happy with the experience and will not be staying there again.

The Master's Inn is inexpensive and you get what you pay for. Honestly, I just didn't feel comforatable and safe for the duration of my stay here.

This is not the best hotel in Kissimmee but for $$ dollars daily is very good. That was the 4 time that I stayed in this hotel and I got everything I want. Do not expect big things, but if you need a safety place to stay, this is the place.

Tips for staying here: 1. Always wear shoes! Floor is not clean 2. Rooms had a sickening smell (One of the locals told me that this area had been hit by hurricane about 10 years ago and some hotels have not remodeled - I think this is probably one of them) 3. Do not under any circumstances look behind the dresser. There was so much garbage, old paper, and food that must have been there for months. It obviously hadn't been swept well. 4. Do not use the dresser. Ours had water stains and mildew all throughout it. 5. Found an old spoon and sock (not ours) beside the bed! 6. Location is good - near Disney 7. Shuttle schedule was not good. They only had 2 pick up times and 1 drop time for DISNEY only. 8. Advertisement is very deceiving. It said that there was city bus and trolley, but the staff told us that we could not get to the parks by these methods. 9. No shuttle for Universal Studios. 10. three letters,H.B.O - Did have HBO on the 19" screen tv 11. Upon arrival, one of the lamps was missing a light bulb and there were no batteries in the remote. 12. Bathroom door did not close- Got trapped in the bathroom and couldn't get out. 13. Continental breakfast had stale food. One of the bagels was moldy! Very small portions and not any selection at all. 14. One day the room service made only 1 of the 2 beds! 15. Sometimes you get what you pay for - Advice: ABANDON SHIP!!

The Masters Inn was an inexpensive place to stay and that's all. It is an old hotel that is minimally maintained. My biggest problem was that I left behind a book when I checked out. When I got home I called and it took 2 days to locate the maid that cleaned the room to ask her if she found it. It was found, but I was told it would cost over $19.00 to mail A BOOK to me with UPS! That is rediculous! Very poor customer service!

The staff we encountered at the service desk and front counter were pleasant enough and helpful. The room, however, left much to be desired. Upon arrival the remote didn't work. My husband had to program it for it to work. The bed was uncomfortable and although the bed was made every day, we were not given clean bed linens during our 3 night stay. The bathroom, on first inspection, seemed clean enough but when looking closer we found parts very unclean. The edges of the shower were not clean nor were they cleaned during our stay. Worse yet was the grim behind the bathroom door. The dirt and hair collected there showed that it had not been properly cleaned in a long time. We did receive clean towels every day. It was well located, near restaurants and malls and was a short drive from the parks. At night it was anything but quiet. We heard loud motors and sirens go by all night. The parking lot was well lit from the restaurant located in front of the hotel. Next time we go to Orlando we will spend the extra money to stay elsewhere.

My fiance and i usually stay at another hotel in the area. But, this trip we really didn't have a lot of money to spend on that luxury hotel. So we decided to try the Masters Inn because, the location was excellent and it was in walking distance to the major activities in the area. When we arrived the person at the check in desk was very polite and professional (loved him). But, after entering the room we found that the furniture was very old & not in good condition. Also, the aircondition appeared to be very old and warn down. It was actually cracked on one end and it did not get cool enough... evens on high. And Florida in the middle of May (if you don't know) is very HOT ! The bathroom was clean, but only had turn around room. The bed cover, blanket and sheets were very old and rugged. And also, there was old carpet on the floors. But, the good things were parking and cable tv & location.

The whole stay was not good. The minute we stepped in the room we were not happy. The room just felt dirty. When I asked an employ to use the microwave 1 hour after breakfast he was very rude and said no. I will look much better before I stay in a place like that again.

Great Location. Could have used some coffee before 7 am, but that was me. Found my room very comfortable and clean. Internet in the room would have been very helpful, but I was able to go to the lobby anytime and get wireless. Great. This was a business trip.

The Masters Inn-Kissimmee Fl. was in a great location for nearness to the Disney Theme park area and many other tourist attractions. For the money spent on the room you get what you paid. The rooms were spacious but I felt need to be swept and dusted better. My first room had a terrible odor in it. The carpet was very damp around the air conditioner and I couldn't tell if it was that. It actually smelled more like a dead mouse. It was so bad I called the front desk and was given a different room which was better. House keeping still needs to learn how to do a better job though. There was a lot of great dinning choices in the area. For a family or group with not a lot of money to spend,I guess it would do if your only looking for a place to lie down after the long, expensive days at the theme parks. I personally would not probablly stay there again. Next time I'll plan ahead a little better.
