Well, where should I begin! There wasen't even an alarm clock in the room. Bathroom was dirty and smelt like stale cigarette's and I had a non-smoking room. I opened the curtains and saw a bum walking by my window. There was police there at all times, so that was a little comforting. I stayed here because it was 4 miles away from downtown Savannah.

Don't stay there - find another motel. My party of six had three rooms, and all rooms were stiflingly hot, dirty, and one room smelled like someone had been smoking pot in it. We had to request three room changes to get one we could use. Reception was borderline rude and terse. Had my reservations not been prepaid, we would have canceled and gone somewhere else.

The girl at the counter couldn't find me in the computer and I was getting worried that I didn't have my reservation. She was just incompitant, because she found it after 20 minutes of looking. The room was dirty and there were holes in the bedding. The bed frames were unstable so that if you sat on the edge and someone sat down on the other edge you might get catapulted across the room. The toilet barely flushed and the shower was difficult to turn on. Towels had stains on them. I specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool and the pool was closed. I asked for an explanation and was told to wait in my room for a call from maintenece and never got a call. I called the front desk and she still had no explanation. Lots of construction going on with dirty workers hanging about smoking and oggling me and my friends. Pretty bad neighbor hood and we were harrassed by some local bummy types while walking to the gas station.

my room was dirty, no handle on the bathroom sink, furnishings were old - the refrig was actually rusted. (didn't dare open it). Matress was bumpy obvioulsly old - outside door leading into room hallways had key entry lock but it wasn't programed so anyone could come and go. The hotel allows pets - (I didn't bring one) but I don't think I would want my dog laying on the sticky musty carpet.

The motel was clean and the motel staff were friendly and accomadating. Also, much of the motel was under constructio. Despite these inconveniences, the motel is less than 10 minutes from beautiful downtown Savannah, and was a good value compared to many Savannah motels.

Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. Our room wasn't ready on time (45 minutes late), we were not given the room requested, we had to move three times and ended up staying in a smoking room, the refrigerator never worked in any of the rooms, I thought the rooms were not that clean and smelled funny, the parking lot was not convienent and the area is fairly rough. Awful hotel that you should avoided!

hotel smelled bad. no lights in parking lot. the worst part of town. i wore shoes to bed to keep from touching the carpet.i didn't take a shower in fear of getting something from the filth.i would have left but i had a late arrival and an early meeting.i should have slept in the car.

This has got to be one of the worst places I ever tried to stay, save your money and sleep in the gutter it is possibly cleaner, dirt, mold, old coffee in the coffee pot was molded, towels were stained, carpet had dog hair where it hadn't been vaccumed. I left, I didn't want a different room, because I went thru travel agency, no money back, A 2 star by travel agency is a overstatement. Travel agency, you may not post this, if you don't please check this place rate it yourself

This was the worst place, outside of a trip to Haiti I once took, that I have ever stayed. The pipe under our sink was dripping water on the floor. The towel holder lay broken beside the sink. The floor looked like it had never been vacuumed and there was trash on the floor. The big kicker? I went to turn down my bed and ran my hand across the sheets and there were crumbs all over the bed!! Inside the bed!!!! Not on top. It was so gross. I was going to leave then, but the whole town was booked. The front desk just thougth it was no big deal that my sheets had clearly not been changed. They switched our room, which was still un-vacuumed and fairly dirty all around. There was a roach in the tub when I got up to take a shower in the morning. We left the sign out for our room to be changed, but when we returned ,someone had changed it to DND and our room had not been cleaned at all!! It also had a horrible smell from teh beginning. I was glad I at least brought my own pillow.

This hotel is fine if you like finding crack pipes, half eaten sandwiches, and cigarette ashes in your non-smoking room. Apparently it's the second worst hotel in all of Savannah and known for being rented by the hour. The only decent part of the hotel was its location to the historic district (about a 10 min car ride).

As soon as you walk into the building is smells like mold, the hallways also smelled bad like trash and mold. The room was not at a comfortable temp. The ac/heat did not work, bathtub was dirty, ice machines did not work, and the beds in my room were broken on one side. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was helpful and polite to me. DON'T STAY HERE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!! travel website needs to take Masters Inn off of their list of hotesl to choose from. Pay extra money and stay else where.

Hotel lobby could use a facelift. Rooms needed vacuuming. Bathroom vent dirty and falling out. Bedspreads need to be replaced - old & tattered.

I'd stay here again. The room was very clean and I thought the price was good for Savannah.

"this hotel was a good bargain and a good location. the room was clean and everything was fine. Nothing special --- nothing fancy or frilly about it, but a good clean room at a good rate, which is all I needed. I would stay here again if I had to come to Savannah"

"smokey hallways choke my lungs as i walked in the doors, all the way to your room , it gets worse in your room as the smoke fills in from the adjcent room thru the weak door separating you from total strangers who seem to be living in the room for months. and all this i was told i was in a smoke free facilty and room. i lost my money cause i could not get a refund due to policy - i had to take the hit and find a new cleaner place to stay the weekend in. "

"We needed to stay there because of relocation. For us and especially our kids it was a shock and a big disappointment. Why? The whole area smells strange, the stuff in the room are run down and needed urgently upgraded. Finally we got a better same-star-rate-hotel 3 miles away with a much cleaner and newer room - for less! "

"This hotel needds a serious paint work done. It a lso need to get someone to take out the bags of trash from the hallways!!!Oh, and the FREE BREAKFAST advertised on this site DOES NOT EXIST!!!"

Room was drab. Maintenance was poor. Room was clean. Maid service was slow. Took 3 hours from the time they started to the time they finished. One time they did not leave soap.

"This was not the hotel we booked through you. We booked the Masters Inn in Savannah/Garden City. We were very disappointed in the Masters Inn. We booked a king size bed and they did not have any so we had to have a double, breakfast was advertized but there was no breakfast and the motel was generally run down. This reallly doesn't live up to what was advertised."
