This hotel is a value hotel. If your expectations are simply an air-conditioned room with a shower, tv & bed, you will not be disappointed. The room wasn't overly dirty, but we did find a used bar of soap in the shower upon arrival. Otherwise, everything seemed ok. The continental breakfast consists of danishes, muffins and/or bagels. On one morning, there were danishes only. Another day had muffins and a 3rd had all 3. They also had a juice machine, but the temps of the beverages weren't much better than room temp. The noise level was fine. On our 1st night, the hotel was pretty full and outside noise was not an issue at all. The 1st floor does not have an ice machine as far as I can tell. The 2nd floor ice machine never seemed to work. The 3rd floor ice machine was excellent, however. Both ice machines were right outside of the elevator, so location was mostly convenient. This hotel is strictly a VALUE-BASED economy hotel. I have stayed in very nice resorts, and this can't compare. However, it is very inexpensive and close to Disney, so if you just need a place to shower and sleep at night, you can't go wrong.

The hotel is in a decent area. Many places to eat and shop, and near the parks. The hotel is ok. The rooms are a little small, and they will charge you 10 $ a day for a fridge, microwave. The pool area is decent, and the kids enjoyed it . Forget the "breakfast" It was stone cold hard muffins, and danishes, and coffee, with powder creamer. For the price, it will do the job, and the rooms seemed fairly clean . But, if your used to a little fancier digs, this probably isn't for you.

No problem checking in early, staff was very nice and tried to be accomodating. No problem with our reservation. Close to WDW, and all highways The rooms are just old (cement walls painted over many times) Bathroom is old. No amenities such as shampoo, only leave you soap; which can be a problem if you travel with just carry-on luggage and don't bring much liquid. No iron or hair dryer in room. I called and asked for a hair dryer and they gave me the "last one left". They left only 1 set of towels in the room, but gave us an extra set when we asked. Bath towel was the size of a kitchen towel and very rough ( so I should have asked for more). Rooms are just rough around the edges, but if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room, it should be fine. We were out from dawn to midnight, so it wasn't that big a deal for us. I noticed no uncleanliness or bugs. Just that musty smell you have in these old motels. The biggest plus is that they had a computer in the breakfast room available to guests so that you could go on and check your email and check in for your flight back home and print out your departure tickets...that was very helpful to those traveling without a laptop.

The room I requested was nonsmoking but when I got to the room it was like walking into a ashtray! absolutly disgusting. There was no soap to be found. There were articals of clothing left over from whoever had just left there.Just terrible.I only paid * for the night and it wasn't even worth that.Never again will I stay there I'd rather sleep in the car.

We visited Disney while we stayed at Masters Inns Orlando. It was very close to the attractions and also close to several eateries.

While the price and convenience to Disney were positives, the accommodations were not that great compared to other places we have stayed in the same area that were of similar type hotels/motels. I did not think the reviews I read prior to my reservation were as accurate as what I realy experienced. Look around and compare before booking this place. I certainly will next time.

I arrived an hour early and the staff was very pleasant and did not make us waite til check in time. I was able to upgrade room at time of arrival. The rooms were very clean the pool was also clean. And stayed open til 10pm. The hotel was very easy to find and lots of resteraunts and gift shops within walking distance from the hotel resteraunts were cheap to if if you are on a budget also Disney was not even one exit from the hotel and very easy to find Sea world, Wet n Wild,Universal Studios and all the other Disney theme parks were about ten minutes from the hotel and traffic was not bad getting to the attractions I will deffinatly stay again

Most of our time was spent at Walt Disney. The room was great for closness to Disney with out the high price. Location to stores in the area was also good. Staff was unfriendly.

The hotel staff was helpful with directions and during check-in. That was the only good part about this place. Bathroom was gross. Bar of soap and hair from previous occupants. It was obvious that it had not been cleaned. Mildew all over bathroom surfaces (tub, floor, walls). Had kids sleep WITH their clothes on. Sheets/bedding not clean. Only reason we didn't leave is they were trashed from being in the parks all day. Did not feel safe in the parking lot at night, and this is on a major road in Orlando. You get what you pay for, and this time cheap was disgusting.

My wife & I stayed there to go to EPCOT for her Birthday. While there, a family that was also going to Disney had there van broken into. The first morning there, they awoke to see that their van had a broken window and an item was stolen out of their van. What was strange is that they were parked right next to the pool. The pool is located right outside behind the lobby. We stayed on the second floor. The room was just a plain jane room. There was no coffee pot, no microwave, no small icebox, nothing excpet a phone and two beds. They also request a phone deposit when you check-in. That information was not given when we made our reservation. Use your cell phone when making calls, you will be charged for all calls. The shuttle service they provide to Disney was horrible. They allow way to many people on the bus, alot of standing up passengers and people in your personal space. Also, if you are traveling in a group, you are not allowed to use the shuttle service if the group is over 13 people, you have to pay for the service. While waiting outside the lobby with the people whose van was broken into, the shuttle bus showed up and then all of a sudden, a big group of Oriental young people came rushing out of the lobby to get on the bus before we could get on, so it resulted in alot of older people having to stand up, which I think was so disrespectful.

Hotel looked clean but the sink was dirty, the towels and sheets had a bad odor. Staff was very polite. Very basic room no hair dryer, no alarm clock. Great location close to restaurants, gift shops and theme parks.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. Staff was very unfriendly and if you check-in late, which I did, you are not even allowed in the lobby but must pass information under security glass. I had to approach the glass through a small arcade room with a door that was extremely difficult to open, impossible for someone with a disability on crutches or in a wheelchair. In addition, there was no elevator to rooms, everyone had to climb stairs. I was not told about free breakfast when I checked in or the facilities, such as the pool. Housekeeping was banging on doors at 9 - 9:30 am, even on day of check-out. Beds were extremely uncomfortable which made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. The front desk began calling to the room for me to check out prior to listed check-out time. I stayed over the weekend that time changed (March 2009) and guests who were not aware of time change and came to breakfast one half hour late (by the new time, early by old time), were not allowed to have breakfast. Staff did not remind anyone of time change (not their responsibility, but still would have been courteous to guests). This room and experience was a disappointment!

I stayed for two nights when I was visiting Disney with my family. The room was clean, it was very close to Disney, lots of restaurants in the area. I got the room that was closest to the highway and it still was quiet. The breakfast is nothing special, but free. it's just muffins, danish, coffee and orange juice. There is free internet in the lobby. Staff is not overly nice, but they are not nasty either; I would say they are neutral. Parking is ample, not gated, but it seemed safe. Nothing happened to my car. The people were normal, nothing shady or unusual. The only thing is that you should take your own soap and shampoo because the soap provided is tiny and no shampoo is available; other than that it was a good stay for a great rate. Online I could have paid a little less but I did not want to reserve ahead of time; I just arrived and paid without reservations. Also the extra $10 per day for the fridge and microwave is not worth it because we never used it. There are so many cheap places to eat in the area that it is not worth buying food and microwaving it; plus we were barely in the room. The beds were also ok; one was nice and soft and the other a bit firmer. If you go eat in the area go to Golden Corral; its only $11 all you can eat and close to the hotel. There is also a Walmart on Road 192 that is east of the hotel and Disney; you can buy all of your souvenirs at Walmart at 1/4 of the price of all those little gift shops in the area which charge almost the same as Disney.

We were pleasantly surprised by the appearance of Master's Inn and with the friendliness of the check-in staff. Upon arriving at our room, we were also pleased to find that someone had turned on the AC, thus the room was a comfortable temperature. The in-room safe was also a plus. We could literally walk to a convenient store, and several restaurants. We enjoyed the central location - close to Disney, and I-4 was just down the road. As such, we were relatively close to the Florida Mall and Sea World. Old Town was also just a short drive down the road. We were displeased with the maitenance of items in the room. The bathroom floor grout made me uncomfortable to go barefoot. I am sure it had been mopped, but it did not look clean. There was no soap in the room. I generally bring shampoo/conditioner, but I did not anticipate the absence of soap, and did not realize it was missing until I was showering. While removing my shoes while sitting on the side of the bed, I scratched the back of my leg on a wire that was sticking out of the bedframe/boxspring. To make matters worse, the TV went out, and the desk clerk could not tell us how to reset it, nor how long it would be out. She did offer to call a manager, but was not sure how long it would be before the manager called back. 20 minutes later our TV came back on, only to die again 10 minutes later, and we never received a call back from the desk clerk. We assumed that there was a security issue at the hotel. There were two entrances/exits to the hotel, but only one was accessible. The other was kept chained. Our room was close to the chained gate, and we wondered if we were going to be safe at night. We used the pool (late afternoon) while we were there, but tried 3 (locked) gates before finding the only entry to the pool, which was accessible only by entering through the lobby. Subsequently, the only way to exit - dripping wet - was back through the same lobby.

This hotel was fairly clean and included a nice little breakfast in the lobby. It was 1 mile from the Disney World entrance and was right in the heart of many stores and eating places. The only problem we had was that the pool was very cold. It didn't seem to be heated. (It was an outdoor pool.) All in all, it was definitely worth the money we paid for the rooms.

The Masters Inn hotel staff was so friendly, and they helped us for everything throughout our stay. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the condition of our room. It was not comfortable, dirty with a terrible smell. The hotel is close to the Disneyworld if it is in your visiting plans, also there are many dining/breakfast options available within 10 minutes.
