Recreation vehicles, buses, and commercial vehicles cannot be accommodated on site but owners may call the resort to obtain alternative parking.

All Marriott Vacations Clubs in the USA and Canada have a smoke-free policy that applies to guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, public space and associate work areas. To accommodate the needs of smoking guests, hotels will have designated smoking areas outside of the property. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. The construction of a new Woodsy pool is from February 20, 2012-May 31, 2012. Work hours are 8am-7pm seven days a week. The existing outdoor and indoor pools will remain available.
