Location was quiet but could still get to stores, beautiful grounds! Not much! Wish I could stay longer! Beautiful, was more than our expectations. We loved the 1-bedroom Villa, the kitchen was well-stocked, always clean and friendly staff. All our requests were met with friendliness and promptness.

We paid for an ocean view room and got a view of the driveway. The front desk said that they only have 2 classes of views-marina and mountain. The part of the wing we were on was no way looking at the "marina". We ate at Chuck's, the restaurant there. ALL of the food was either overcooked or undercooked. The room was nice, but not the one we paid for.

We stayed here in a 1BR suite for our honeymoon the first week of October and had a great time. Our room was clean, with new fixtures, convenient in-suite laundry and full kitchen, and lots of space to spread out. Room decor was designed by people from the Ritz Carlton, with a tasteful tropical motif throughout. The view overlooking the pool and lagoon was nice. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. Having a private lagoon out back was great and offered calm waters for some okay snorkeling when we didn't feel like driving to Hanauma Bay. Having a gate and guard house to the Ko Olina area helped make for a safe and secluded feel. I would highly recommend the Beach Club for those that don't want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, but keep in mind that it will involve driving to get anywhere, typically upwards of 10 min (local Safeway) to 40 min (Honolulu) or 1 hr (North Shore near the PCC).

Amenities. Parking Services. Overall the hotel was beautifully decorated and staffed. The only problem we had was with the parking staff. The hotel does not have a good system for unloading your car and checking in. They assume that everyone wants to pay for Valet parking.

Spent a week here on our honeymoon. Super friendly staff. Very family friendly. Would definately stay here if had kids. Great facilities. Lots of on site activities-shuttles, close by snorkeling, etc.... friendly event planners. Has a sea food buffet on the weekends, two different on-site luau's, 4 private beaches, is close to the paradise cove luau. Our unit had a kitchen, so we went grocery shopping to save some money and for some romance. Unit was nice, walk in shower, separate room with a tub, nice bed, separate living room. All granite counter tops. Washer and dryer in room. One lagoon is known for better snorkeling, has a sea turtle named "lucky". Near by is a power plant, that circulates warm water, leading to a very vibrant sanctuary for marine life. you can take the Ko Olina Kat boat out there with another 40 or so people, you can drive to that beach yourself, or you can take another snorkeling charter out there. Anyway, Ko Olina was great, very friendly people, great amenities, lots of stuff nearby such as grocery, outlet mall, local restaurants. Resort like atmosphere that welcomes families. does not feel touristy, like the eastern side of the island.

This hotel was the best ever! Beautiful rooms, pool and views. Restaurants, convenience stores and water sports right on the grounds. It's right on the ocean. About 25 mins away from Waikiki. The service was top-notch & everyone went out of their way for us. We will definitely return! "
