Nice view, very nice people
Date of Stay:
June, 2009
The staff was very friendly, the location wassuper convenient. No bar by the pool. We had a great experience from beginning to end. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Woodland Pavilion. We were able to walk to the concert we attended. There are also several shops, bars and restaurants located nearby. All within walking distance! It was perfect!
Date of Stay:
October, 2007
Very nice hotel, but overpriced for a suburban hotel. You pay extra for everything from parking (*/night self-park) to Internet (*/day). Very little help from staff for a luxury hotel. Stayed at the Best Western down the road before and for a little less confort got free parking, internet and breakfast and a front desk that was much more helpful.

September, 2007
This hotel was conveniently located between Mitchell Pavilion and The Woodlands Mall. The hotel was very clean and and our room had a great view. There were several restaurants located within walking distance of the hotel, which meant we never had to use our car once parked.

Very comfortable bed. Parking inconvenient. Internet not free - unacceptable for business travel. Excellent hotel - very comfortable. The parking is a bit inconvenient (requires a pass to get in and out of the garage). High speed internet is not free which is unacceptable. Staff was very friendly and located near great restaurants. Convenient to highway 45.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location was excellent with it's skywalk to the pavilion. The only complaint I have is the beds could be more comfortable and queen size instead of full. Other than that the room was awesome.

The atmosphere of both the common areas and the rooms. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The rooms are decorated well, the linens are of good quality, and the pillows and mattress provided excellent rest.

This full-service Marriott is a beautiful hotel with convenient access to local businesses, entertainment options, and restaurants. The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable as well. Definitely a great place to stay in The Woodlands.

Location. Nothing negative about this hotel of conference center.

Beautiful rooms and lobby area. Very clean. Great hotel! Rooms were beautiful and luxurious. Great, stylish lobby and common areas. Was traveling with other business associates, they all loved it.

Great location for shopping, dining, entertainment within walking distance. The room was great and the staff very helpful and friendly. Great location to shop, tour the waterway, and dine. All were withing walking distance.

Atmosphere and location. I liked everything about it. Excellent hotel, great way to do a concert at the pavilion. Clean, comfortable and very pleasant place to stay.

Very comfortable beds. Were assigned handicap room and the shower was awful. The hotel is within walking distance of the concert Pavilion and upscale shopping. Lots of restaurants nearby. Parking was only $7/night which is amazing for this level of hotel. Rooms are very comfortable but avoid the handicap rooms unless needed.

Most of the staff is very professional. Check in. They did not offer anything for my inconvenience. Not exactly what you expect for the price. Most of the staff is very professional and well trained.

I liked the layout of the room. Didn't feel like a normal hotel room. There was not anything that I did not like. Excellent.

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful area, yet close to everything. There is paid parking now. It used to be free. This is a 3-star hotel that is by far a 4-star or better. GREAT hotel and rooms. Beds are comfortable. LOVE this hotel.

I guess the food. The people working there. Not very pleased with our stay. This is not a 4 star hotel. We got a room with 2 beds and we had requested one. Not happy!
Date of Stay:
January, 2008
Never got in the car for two days. Boat or trolley took us where we needed to go. Just paid more than I wanted to, but was worth it. Hotel is easy to get to and fun to stay at. A boat ride (for a small fee) takes you to the mall or the restaurants as does a free trolley ride.

The setting. The hotel should have been put on 400 acres and made a resort. Its great and different.

Great location and atmosphere. NA. The hotel was very nice, very accommodating. Excellent staff and facilities. The restaurant had a very nice, but pricy buffet breakfast but worth it. Ordering off the menu during buffet is not recommended-salad not very good. But, atmosphere was perfect. My grandmother and I thoroughly enjoyed a nice brunch outside with excellent service.
