The great location. Loved the outdoor bar right on the harbor. The restaurant could use some sprucing up. Great hotel in a perfect location. It combines the benefit of staying in a charming part of Annapolis without sacrificing the convenience of a larger hotel.

I stayed at the Marriott with my daughter toward the end of March. They were very friendly at check in and gave us an upgrade to a pure room. We had a beautiful view of the harbor from our room. I've stayed at many hotels on business and have not come across this before but I enjoyed the comfort it provided. There was an air purifier in the room and it had a nice view of the water. We both really enjoyed the room and had a good night's sleep. The location was great. It is located on the harbor and there is the downtown shopping just outside. We met some family and were able to walk to a nice restaurant and enjoy the view along the way. I don't live anywhere near the coast so I was pleased with the selection of seafood. Valet was also friendly and efficient and I know from visiting Annapolis that the price is reasonable and it was nice to not have to worry about paying a meter constantly. Overall, I thought the price was well-worth the service and location and I would definitely stay again in the future.

After being robbed on the price at just under 300 per night, to add insult the policy of this hotel is to charge 10 dollars a day for internet access. Won't steal my money again!!!

This only hotel in the area that was on the water. Itwas expensive. The location of the hotelwas outstanding. The room was beautiful as well as the view.

I can't really say anything bad about this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was unsurpassed. I stayed in a 'Pure' room because my wife has bad allergies and she had no problems at all. The view from our room was spectacular. We watched the sunset sitting on the balcony looking over the Annapolis harbor and Chesapeake Bay. Wow. Nice ambience of the hotel and the restuarant "Pusser's" offered up some amazing food. Be careful of the house drink "the Painkiller". It packs a punch! We had Sunday brunch sitting on the dock with live acoustic music. What's not love? Oh yeah, try the crab dip!

This hotel may be the only one on the water in Annapolis and it is close to most points of interests. We needed a room with specific accommodations and it was guaranteed, when we got there we were put in a room without accommodations but this was rectified. The repair man came quickly when the phones stopped working. The hair dryer continued to work even when it fell off the wall. The elevators were slow. We asked the concierge for a restaurant that had brunch that was not a buffet, she sent us to one with a buffet. There is no pool. No lounge area. Most rooms do not have a balcony, so ignore the picture. No place to sit and enjoy the water unless you go to the restaurant. The restaurant has great food.

Very stylish, great location. Construction that started on the floor above at 8:15am. The desk staff was not very cordial. The decor and restaurant were very nice. Lovely location. The construction was a huge problem since we were in town for my father in law's funeral, which caused us to return quite late the evening before. Maid service came right after the construction on Thursday. Our room overlooked the dumpsters, which was really unnecessary since the hotel was clearly not heavily booked.

In town for business the Marriott waterfront was my choice. Loud young party in Pussers prevented entertaining.Awoke at 5am from normal conservation in room next door.little sound proofing Shower was moldy and the toilet wobbled. The room was extreamly small and a large overstuffed chair inhibited movement

Bright, spacious room. Near the elevator and little sound proofing.

Love the location. Being placed in a handicap minimal room. Hotel is a class act and not being full we could have at least been offered a king room and not be put in a twin double handicap room.

Location. Very small room with half window. We were given the worst room. It was very small and the lobby is not very attractive.

The location was ideal and offered so much for solo traveler. The restaurant in the hotel was expensive but hotel offered complimentary ride to nearby eateries! I was traveling alone for business and was staying in Annapolis for just one night. I loved the great location of the hotel with all the shops and restaurants nearby which happened to be open late that night! I was also impressed that the entire hotel was nonsmoking, a bonus in the public spaces and outdoors. The service was also excellent. Will definitely stay there again.

The location is terrific! Hallways not air conditioned. The staff at the desk was very helpful, the food was very good and the location is delightful since it is in the center of historic Annapolis.

The bellstaff. Mostly everything. I wish it could be short, however the hospitality at this hotel leaves very little to be desired. Long story short we would never stay there again!

The hotel was within walking distance of all the places that we needed to visit. Needed two doubles but they only had a king. The calk in the bathroom needed whitening. The staff was first class in their assistance to their guests. The rooms are appointed beautifully and were very comfortable. The Naval Academy, restaurants and tourist sites are within walking distance although a good hike for some.

Proximity to bay, village and academy. Lack of loaner umbrellas; cost of parking. Great location to bay and historical village and sites. Hotel appearance rather sparse and for being on the water doesn't take advantage of its location with but only a few balconies. The connecting Pussers restaurant and bar is a great place to meet friends and have a great meal. Considering other hotels in the area, it is the best and safest location. Would definitely stay on a return visit.

Beautiful location on the water. We were in a room facing the street and next to conference room. I'm sure the waterfront rooms are very nice. The street side rooms are very noisy. Staff and accommodations are excellent.

Location on the water. No housekeeping service after 4:00 PM. The hotel is located on the water and close to the Annapolis historic district. Many sites and activities are within walking distance from the hotel. The restaurant has outdoor seating on the water and the food was very good.

Good location. Poor service. I forgot a comb and called down to the front desk and they barely spoke English and told me, they did not have any combs or brushes. Also, I was told I might be able to find one in a vending machine. When I took a shower, the water that came out was brown and rusty for about 15 seconds. I would expect better from the Marriot.

Handled a problem with reservation promptly and professionally with complete satisfaction. Having to pay for parking. Was a fantastic weekend walking around the harbor for commission week but coming back to the hotel was a comfortable oasis in the hustle of the city. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.
