Date of Stay:
July, 2009
I came to recover from a marathon run, and to watch a outdoor concert 1/2 mile away. I would have liked to stay longer and throughly enjoy more of the surrounding area and shopping/dining/recreation that was available. This was a part of the greater Seattle area I never visited before, and I was impressed with how it all looked!

Bed product is excellent at all Marriott's. Thin walls and view of the restaurant exhaust. For what I paid, the room had value. I'm certain that my room location was selected due to my lower rate.

After paying so much for the room, they still will charge you for parking. When you want to know why, no one will answer your questions and the front desk will laugh at you and tell you ""too bad"". Stay there if you want to, but they will never get a dime from me again. I am from Chicago and people here are not even that rude.

Room was very comfortable Very clean and tastefully decorated

Linens and room is comfortable. TV remote did not work and could not use television. The location was very interesting and we wished that we had arrived earlier to shop the outdoor mall adjacent to us. We would arrive earlier next time. The world market was not far and a very good option to eating in the hotel which is pricey!

I agree with the person who was unhappy to have to pay for parking...I was unhappy that the hotel charged for wireless internet/long distance phone use. I can get wireless internet for free at the el cheapo chains, why not Marriott?

It was a wonderful long Memorial weekend. I stayed for 2 nights and visited with my children in Woodinville.

It was very clean, the beds were awesome and did not lack pillows. I would stay there again. The location was great for shopping and dining. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so nice. The staff did everything to make our stay the best.

A great stay, comfortable beds, well-decorated rooms. You must pay for parking, which I don't like, but I guess you can't have everything.

The hotel is literally across the street from several restaraunts, coffee shops and major stores including REI, Borders and Macy's. There is no need for a car.

Close to amenities, clean rooms. No fridge in rooms, no free internet, $1 local calls, $10 to park in public spots. If you do not eat, email, telephone, or drive, this is the perfect hotel for you! On our first night, we had no fridge in the room, and were told that "all available fridges have been taken already"? What kind of a hotel puts 44" LCD flat screens in every room, but can't afford a $99 mini fridge? Then the internet, and parking. Why is it that the more luxurious the hotel, the less they give away? Once again I was met with the road warrior's bane; cabled internet to the room, at $20/day (no WiFi). Parking was no better - hotel parking was in the mall parkade across the street, where shoppers can park for free, but I had to pay $10 a day for what they call self park. Great, $10 to park it myself. Next time, I'll probably get charged $10 for self-suitcase too. The hotel failed to deliver.

The fragrance in the lobby andcomfortable bed. I have no complaints.

The location is wonderful, so many fun things to do. Feels like a city hotel but quiet! The restaurant wasn't very clean. I loved the location of the hotel right in Redmond Square, so many things to do and lots of restaurants. It was fun to feel like you were in a city, but it was quiet and easy to get around. The rooms are very nice and the lobby and surrounding area was very appealing to the eye.

Staff sent a complimentary bottle of champagne up to our room after they heard it was our anniversary. Fantastic hotel! The staff was excellent and when they heard we were celebrating our anniversary they sent a complimentary bottle of champagne to our room. The room was spotless and comfortable and the location in Redmond Town Center is great - a movie theater is across the street and you can walk to many restaurants and shops.

Excellent staff, clean rooms andnearby shopping. Our overall experience at the hotel was great. There were four couples and the front desk accommodated us by giving us rooms close to each other. We found the staff to be friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean and a nice size. We would definitely stay there in the future.

Nice atmosphere, fireplace, clean. Parking was a pain, restaurant had a 45 minute wait on a Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. Warm environment, close to shops, I assumed there were two queen beds, only to find one king, we had to arrange two air beds and no blankets were provided. Restaurant was not accommodating, long waits and not a knowledge staff, friendly, but not helpful on information.
Date of Stay:
August, 2007
Cleanliness andmodern decor. Check in person was not as helpful as he could have been. Did not fulfill our requests of type of room. As such we were given a room with a roof top as a view.
