The staff was great! The room is very nice, comfortable and spacious. I loved it. The hotel is located just few minutes from downtown Dallas and the parking is free. The complimentary shuttle is great too! I would definitively recommend this hotel for tourists.

Best value I've ever had for my money! Excellent value. Convenient location to downtown locations. Great room --- suite --- with comfortable beds. Nice lobby area. Great, friendly staff. Very much exceeded our expectations!

The rooms were a really nice size. We were to have a room with two queen beds and ended up with a king. I really enjoyed the hotel. I would stay there again.

The hotel was in a great location. We were close to all the fun of downtown Dallas and a 20 minute drive to Arlington park to watch the Rangers play. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel had pre-printed directions to just about anywhere you could think of at the front desk. That made our trip around the area very easy. The hotel was clean but a little older than I expected. The picture of the room made it look a little nicer than it really was.

Complimentary shuttle service to nearby entertainment districts. $10 a day for internet connection.

The room was beautiful and so comfortable. The bed is incredible. The only thing that needs improvement is the handicap shower. You cant sit on the seat and turn the water on. Its very unsafe. The staff was exceptional and overall we enjoyed our visit. I would stay here again.

Great for the price and we were able to sleep 6 people in a suite comfortably. This hotel was great. It was convenient to restaurants and the State Fair that we wanted to go to. I would defintely stay here again.

Easy check out, great staff, whirlpool. This was a great place to stay. We had a king size suite, and it was lovely. It was close to downtown, clean, and the staff was very nice. The chef at the restaurant even asked where we were from, and when he found out we were going to the Dallas Museum of art, he went and had directions printed for us so we could find it. Excellent visit, I would definitely stay here again.

The free shuttle service was excellent. Much less expensive hotels feature free continental breakfasts. I liked the hotel overall. The facilities and staff were very professional. The restaurant was overpriced. I looked at the menu and decided to pass, so I can't comment on the quality of the food.

Fitness room, laundry facility. Shuttle did not start until 7 am. This is an outstanding property and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very nice it even smelt great. The restaurant prices were ridiculous. Some friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We were very impressed with the size of the room. I left a few items in the room when we checked out, I called the hotel the next business day and the very next day I received my belonging in the mail at no cost!

Convenience, quality property, professional staff. Restaurants were expensive. No lobby coffee. Convenient, very comfortable. Definitely worthy.

The decor and room comfort was excellent. The noise generated by the cheerleaders. Very nice.

Big, nice rooms. The part of town was kind of crummy. We didn't stay at the hotel very much, so it suited us just fine. The time we were there was very comfortable and convenient. The room was big enough so that 4 adults were able to hang out comfortably and the door to the bedroom made alone time with my wife private as well. Everything was great and if I am in this area of Dallas again I will hopefully be able to stay at this hotel.

Nice decor. Comfortable beds, pillows and the down comforters were especially nice. This was a business as well as a leisure trip for us. We enjoyed the great service and the comfortable beds especially the down comforters. The suite's modern decor was quite nice and trendy. The Bath & Body Works soaps, shampoos and lotions were a nice touch as were the chocolates left by our bedside. We will definitely stay here again.
