Rooms were great and beds were comfy, but you have to pay for parking in there parking lot of the Hotel you are paying them stay at. That to me was like a slap in my face. We were visiting our son who we basically had to pay to see in our hotel because he is the one who had a car. We also did not have wireless internet in our room and dial up for the room cost $14. Haven't had to pay for internet in a hotel in don't remember when. These two fact for us made our trip stressful. Imagine going to the lobby in pajamas to find tickets or look up what you freely look up in the comfort of your home gone when you really need it the most.

This hotel was beautiful. I was on the 11th floor and I had two large flat screen tv's, a living area, desk, wrap around bath and toilet and mirrored sink area with lovely bath and body works aromatherapy soaps and shampoo/conditioner. The pillowtop bed was complete with cozy bedding and a big bay window. Room service was on time - food was very good.

Theirs no place like "Chicago O'Hare Marriott Suites' when you are not home...The rooms provide all the ammenities, the most comfortable beds, the layout of the suite is very nice...location makes all directions from O'Hare very accessible via the expressways. The staff is very helpful. Shuttle to airport runs every twenty minutes...and you can walk to Giordano's for a great pizza.

Bed was very comfortable. Parking rate of $22/day was tough to swallow. Very nice hotel with great suite and well kept grounds. Bed and pillows were terrific quality. Almost didn't want to get out of bed in the morning.

When I checked in I asked for the quietest room in the hotel. They delivered! I got a corner room and never heard anyone around me. The breakfast buffet was wonderful - although a bit pricey. The staff was very helpful. I walked 2 blocks to the L (subway) and rode it downtown to do shopping and go to museum before my business began the next day. This hotel will be my first choice when I return to Chicago.

Convenient, clean, nice spacious rooms with friendly staff. $22 a night parking. The hotel was clean and had nice spacious rooms. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The location was convenient to I-190, I-294 and O'Hare airport.

Iliked the way the bedroom is in a separate room. There was no microwave. It was pretty rooms were nice pool was a big disappointment to be such a fancy hotel.

I liked the room and how it was set up. I did not like that you had to pay for parking on top of paying for the room for one night. Over all I liked this hotel. I thought the location was very good and easy to get to. I thought the room was very nice. We did have a problem finding a pop machine that was not sold out and then the one we did find would not take dollar bills so we ended up spending three dollars for a pop at the front desk. We also did not think it was right to charge for parking if you were paying for a room.

The pool was warm! The gym was very nice. Had to pay for parking. This hotel is great. They don't skimp. The gym had very nice equipment. The pool was nice and warm. The room was clean and pleasant.
