The hotel was very clean and the staff in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely consider this location whenever we make a return trip to the Washington DC area. The food was superb. Loved it. Very fresh, very healthy and we loved it.

Very clean, nice atmosphere. Happy with the service, the cleanliness of the hotel, the parking and the restaurants and bar.

This is a nice facility, with the suite option being the most convenient for families with kids. The onsite breakfast is also pretty good, though not necessarily cheap, even though the kids 12 and under eating free can be helpful to some. However, parking for $12/ day in such a location is an overkill, espcially when you consider this is not downtown DC and the multi-level parking lot has enough spaces. Parking should either be free or no more than $6.00 and I'd be more inclined to say here again.

did not remember the no smoking policy till after i made the reservation.however over all gr8 facility excellently appointed. room service staff a little lacking. did not set up tables when we dined in twice and had 2 b asked 2 leave delivery tables both times even though there is not a comperable table in room for eating. desk and other persons warm & friendly... disappointe d that i had 2 retreive & park my own car in a 3-5 star venue. experence was such that even though i smoke i would return.

Really nice property. Expensive breakfast. Good location for accessing DC. Great pool, needs to have outdoor part open earlier. A free continental breakfast would be great.

I've stayed here previously. Each time I had a suite rather than just a room. All the staff is friendly and efficient. Great bar and a good restaurant. The only thing to be aware of is if you park in the garage at the hotel you'll be billed an additional $10/day for parking upon checkout.

We loved the giant king size bed. Is it possible there is a super sized King! Also the bed was so... comfortable! The room was a nice sized suit so our two children easily fit in the ""office area"" while mywife and I were able to sleep in the bedroom with a glass door to seperate us. Also very clean and quiet! The hotel also had a lovely pool with an attentive life gaurd! I did not use the gym but looked nice.

The room was very comfortable and moderately clean. The hispanic staff could not or refused to speak English, if they did speak it was with a very heavy accent. Hotel itself is nice. Staff is horrendous. The Mexican staff would not converse in English and tried to rip me off with the parking and bolted water. They claimed I had to pay extra for parking, which I did for two days before a nice parking attendant told me it was free with the room.

The suites are great, offer a lot for the money, and are sumptiously comfortable. Only surprize was a charge for parking, which was annoying but proportionately less than at other nearby facilities. We plan to head straight to this hotel for future Washington visits.

The Asian chicken salad was amazing! Would go back just for that. They were doing some construction/cleaning of outdoor pool, so I could not open my window and work.

The room service was excellent and timely. Maybe a sliding door between sink area and bedroom. Perhaps a hook in the shower area for robe. My husband and I were so very comfortable in your hotel. It was the first time that I did not wake up with what we joke about as hotel headache. The room was kept very nicely and if we needed anything there was information as to how to get it in a jiffy. It was one of the nicest places. I wish our visit was a little longer!

Location, modern style, ease of access, room service was outstanding. Don't like the new coffee makers.

Perfectly appointed, spacious suites with wonderfully comfortable bed and perfectly controlled temperature. Not one thing. From the time we pulled into the circle at the front entrance, the hotel and staff exceeded our expectations for an upscale place to stay in Bethesda. Staff made sure that our check-in process went quickly and smoothly and our room was first class, on a par with four star hotels we have stayed at in San Francisco. The hotel is conveniently located to restaurants and businesses in downtown Bethesda, so we only used the Hotel restaurant for breakfasts, which were well prepared and large portions. The hotel garage provides well protected parking connected to the hotel via an enclosed breezeway which is much more important during the winter months. The hotel was clean, quiet, friendly, well managed and well appointed.

All the small extras, parking, paper, etc. in this area parking should have been free.
