We had a wonderful quiet stay at the Marriot at Hilton Head. It was a beautiful sea view. We loved hanging out at the hammock and the hot tub.. The pools they had were amazing and big too. Everything about the place was amazing and we enjoyed our entiew stay!

Great hotel for the price. We even requested an upgrade and they went out of their way to accommodate us. The staff was excellent.

This place is great! The staff greets you as soon as you pull in and makes you feel welcomed! The inside is beautiful! The outside pool is so nice with the hot tub, bar, hammock, and relaxing music. The beach is right on the lot, so you dont have to go far to play in the sand! Fod was good, staff responds to calls and request quickly! Just a great place in general!!

Great Location on beach close to golf and restaurants. Staff could not be more helpful. Great pool although had to get up early to get good seats with shade by the pool. Great lunch menu at cafe and pool. Reasonable prices for a resort. Great bar. Live music on the weekends. Kids enjoyed the activities.

Great location right on the beach, free chair massages. Can be very crowded, floors covered with sand.

Gorgeous view, lovely facility. Superb customer service - every staff member greeted us, asked how they could help, always smiling and friendly. Great room services - housekeeping was impeccable. Concierge was extremely helpful; we stayed on a golf package and they arranged every detail. New Year's Eve dinner in the hotel restaurant was great, romantic and intimate. Beautiful pool deck, isolated little hammock field. Biking on the beach. Would absolutely stay again.

Very nice marriott hotel, nice pool, oceanfront, and lobby. Right in Plametto dunes.

every employ was very helpful and polite, the location to the beach was in walking distance, rooms clean, pool nice, and our overall experience was perfect. but my experience with orbitz was bad, called asked for a king size bed, rep said she would call hotel to make arrangement but when we arrived the hotel had no record of any contact with orbitz about this request.

The location right on the beach, with the pool right there is great. It should be cleaner (dirty toilet, etc.) and it could use a serious upgrade. Our room was sub-par. The toilet was dirty, there was cracked tile, and overall I felt like it could use an upgrade or face lift. The furniture is nice quality and all the public areas in the hotel are in great condition. Getting to our room in the south tower was a maze! The traffic flow (esp the elevators) is pathetic. The doors on the wing don't open from the outside so getting to your room from the car is a nightmare. The pool area is great and the staff is friendly, however! And it's right on the beach so the location makes it worth it.

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff, food was very good. Nice view of the beach and ocean. Beds very comfortable. Nice pool and exercise facilty, changing rooms and showers with great soaps and lotions. This was off season so we were very suprised how welcoming everyone was to us.

Orbitz advertised the hotel had been rennovated. That was not true!!! If this hotel is a 4 star hotel then I would hate to see a 3 star. We ended up having to switch rooms and pay more because the air conditioner in our first room did not work. The air conditioner in our second room was a little better, but not much. The hotel was old and dirty. I will say that the staff was very friendly and did want to be helpful. The pool area was nice. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Bed and hammock. Expensive food. Loved it.

The hotel employees were really helpful. The hotel itself was noisy the walls must be paper thin. The bathroom was filthy the floor must of not of been cleaned for quite awhile. The rooms need updated. The beds were really made up nice though.

We used the spa which was awesome. The staff was very accomodating when it came to having suggestions as to what to do in the bad weather.

Location is directly on beach. There aren't enough elevators to support the large numbers of people. Hotel sits directly on beach and is very well maintained. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Indoor pool is the best indoor pool I've ever used. Outdoor pool didn't handle crowds so well, but there were plenty of lounge chairs available. My kids were excited that the pool was 10 to 13 feet deep in some areas. It was also nice that you are allowed two beach towels per hotel guest, and you're allowed to take the towels down to the beach.

This is a beautiful property, right on the beach. The kid at the front desk was very friendly and got us an ocean front room. Mariott really seems to care about pleasing their guests!

We enjoyed the Marriott Resort and Spa very much. The staff was very friendly, helpful and happy. The hotel and rooms were very clean and roomy. We went only for a few days to relax and we did! The pool area was huge. It has seating for -- maybe 100-- a poolside bar, an indoor/outdoor poolside restaurant and service at your chair! And it was all right on the beach! What I wanted to do was get some sun, relax and be waited on. That's exactly what I got. We rented a car and went out to different local restaurants at night and even went to Havannah Georgia for the day!

Great service, clean hotel, and romantic. Elevators were not fully operating, long wait. Hotel was very clean and luxurious. It had several pools and hot tubs. The beach was a private beach right on the ocean exclusively for the resorts. The area was very safe and patrolled by police. It was very relaxing and romantic. We wanted a late night snack but didn't want to drive to a gas station, we called the front desk to ask about snack machines and they were nice enough to open up the on-site grocery for us. They also provided nice robes, Bath and Body Works shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. There was a safe in and a fridge in the room. We stayed there on our honeymoon and we will stay there again.

We understand that the Hilton Head Marriott Resort & Spa was recently updated. It was attractively decorated. The fitness center was well equipped, and the food was good. My husband loved the fact that there were two closets so he had his own. The spa robes in the rooms were a nice touch, and we had a great pool and ocean view.
