We stayed at the hotel for a sports tournament. We were given the worst rooms that smelled of old cigarette smoke and mildew. Staff not concerned about our comfort. The kids like the indoor/outdoor pool and although they were small and needed to be cleaned. We will not stay here again.

The manager of the hotel went out of his way to treat us well. They did not have a crib for our baby although the hotel did have a lot of young families when we were there.

Based on previous reviews I was happily surprised about our experience. The staff was courteous, the room was large and our overall experience was quite pleasant. We plan on returning to this hotel on our next trip.

Luxurious decor and comfortable accommodations. Location. Excellent hotel. The room was so comfortable and luxurious that I wanted to just stay in my hotel room, be pampered, and skip the meeting - but alas I did not!

Indifferent Front Desk, Cold Water for Shower, Noisy, MIldew, English a Problem for Housekeeping Staff, 1/2 of electircal plaugs didn't work

The size of the rooms and the beds were comfortable. This was a great place to stay and was close to major highways and Baltimore city.

Having stayed at Marriots around the world, this hotel has a hard time coming close to the name. The restaurant was closed the first night we were there, we ordered room service and both got ill from the food. The following day just reinforced that problem. The room had a number of repair issues which the hotel did what they could, but needed serious focus. The front desk staff on check in was indifferent to a reservation problem, however on checkout was good. We moved out two days early to another hotel, which proved to be a much better time.

Free internet access, quiet, clean, andcomfortable room. Decor is a little dated. Nice, quiet, clean, comfortable inn. Room service was prompt. Staff was very helpful. Wireless internet was included. Inn was ideally located near large grocery store and shopping center/movie theater with a large selection of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Great place to stay if you want something nice, comfortable, quiet, and removed from a hectic environment.

Great hotel, wonderful staff. The pool and Pizza Hut were great. We had an 9 & 14 yr old with us..they loved it. The rooms are beautiful with fantastic beds. The breakfast buffet was very good. Only drawback for some might be getting to your room. Hallways go on forever but we managed with no problem. We would and will go back again.

Excellent value for the price I paid on priceline. Takes forever to find and walk to your room since it's so huge and almost maze like in layout.

Clean room & comfortable bed. This hotel is spread out and finding your room is much like winding through a maze.

"It's a good hotel, it has a pool, a restaurant, a tennis court, and the room is big, i felt pretty comfortable, except for the fact that room service did'nt show up for one of the days, and because one of the front desk staff was really mean to me, i think she had racial issues.. other than that it was fine, also in the restaurant it was buffet price, couldn't choose the menu food, and it was a little bit expensive.."

Very nice desk clerk. Not enough toilet paper, not enough creamer or sugar for coffee, no q tips. Kind of bleak and cavernous, only one person on duty, but very lovely room.

Great location, nice area. Outdated, difficult to re-enter from the West side. Hotel was very close to 83, which was nice and surrounded by a very nice area with shops and great places to eat. I was disappointed withit slightly; seemed outdated, pool was inadequate, and trying to re-enter the property from the west was a pain trying to navigate through about 5 parking lots. Room was clean, but again seemed outdated as well as the bathroom.

The location is convenient. The rooms are nice. The restaurant prices are reasonable. The Cinn restaurant staff was not attentive. The service was awful, though the host was wonderful.
