Location was excellent. The river was literally right across the street with nice trails.

New furnishings and in an great location.

Regarding the bed, Marriott have a "soft bed police". Our bed was awful and very u shaped so you rolled towards the middle of the bed. We tryed to change it but without luck(staying for 2 days). The wireless is heavy priced, 35ch for 24 h. The room was looking old and rub down. In my opion a 4 star hotel instead of 5. We had a Superior Room.

Beautiful Hotel, would stay there again! The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, within walking distance to all the nightlife in Zurich.

The room had 120v and 220v outlets. Breakfast was not included. Overall, anexcellent hotel with easy access to downtown.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff walked into room 4 times without knocking. Very short walking distance from train station. The internet is not free but this may be due to swiss laws/policies. Very friendly staff and nice hotel.

The lobby finishes were nice and the location was great. Smoky lobby, old and outdated rooms.

Very convenient. Too much smoking in the restaurant and lobby. This is a great hotel with great location in one of the most attractive and relaxing cities in the world, Zürich.

Good service, good location and clean rooms. Expensive daily parking fee.

We upgraded to a better room with business lounge access - excellent! Cigarette smoke in lobby. Very nice check in. Clean, and comfortable room. Would definitely recommend for business or leisure. Paying extra for lounge access is worth it.

Location was great. Hotel restaurant was excellent. Very comfortable beds and nice rooms. Restaurants are expensive, and mini bar prices are too high. One had to pay for internet service. The Marriott Hotel in Zurich was in a great location and near to the train station and easy walk. I would stay there again. The rooms were a nice size and had very comfy beds. The hotel is more business oriented, but very clean and nice. Restaurants in the hotel were excellent, but be prepared to pay quite a bit for your meals. Service is excellent.

Friendly staff, great room, great view, excellent location, executive upgrade is great value. The Marriott in Zürich was our best hotel experience in Europe. We got a great price from Priceline. Starting at check-in the staff was very friendly and efficient. Even the housekeepers smiled and greeted you. The executive upgrade package was great value, got us an upgraded room with a great view of lake Zürich and the Alps, a king size bed and a roll away for our son, free Internet connection for 3 computers, breakfast for 3 each morning, snacks and drinks all day long, evening cocktails and hors d'oeuvre. The hors d'oeuvre were a meal by themselves and the wine was very good. There was no limit and I likely got worth in wine alone. I never write reviews but this was a great experience and deserves a well done.

Cleanliness, extremely helpful staff. Lousy restaurants, over-priced drinks at the bar.

They charged minibar's eventhough I didn't use it.

Cleanness cordiality of staff. Somewhat remote from the city center. Excellent hotel.

Hotel is typical for Marriott. Don't stay in the adjacent tower, bad rooms and a long walk. Stay only in main building. Excellent Thai restaurant. Staff is very friendly.

We were put into the part of hotel far from the main lobby. Excellent comfort, clean, extremely comfortable beds!

Clean, good design, room larger, not the mildly cramped size one often finds in similar class European hotels. A clean modern hotel with comfortable room size, what an american traveller expects, somehwhat sterile in anmostphere but very good for business travel. Excellent location near the light rail system to avoid the expensive cabs

Great location in regards to transportation. Extremely high priced services. Not in the top 10 Marriott's I have stayed in. Nice but not typical Marriott. Services are very high priced. Good if you ate on expense account, bad for a family. Maid service was not 5 star either. In fact, the only thing 5-star was the price.

Very comfortinghotel. Lacking that European charm. Not in the middle of things, but close enough.
