The hotel was definetly a beautiful place and the staff was friendly, however many were placed in difficult situations due to the bad decisions of MGMNT. For instance, a decision was made that 'due to lay offs', according to one MGR, the outdoor pool was to be open only during the hours of 6am to 9am then re-open later @ 5pm thru 11pm while all the while they advertised an all day access to the pool. (To my knowledge, the indoor pool and spa were 'never' opened the whole week I was there!) Considering the high prices for any extra services at the hotel, it was a disappointment to be ignored and treated as 'insignificant' towards my request to have the pool opened as advertised. Perhaps I hit the Hotel at a bad time, none the less, I'll never go back nor will I recommend staying there to any of my friends and family. This Hotel fell far below my expectations for the money! My advice, your better off at the Holiday Inn Express!

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is quite geographically accessible. Check-in was later than most hotels (4 pm) and the hotel could have been a bit cleaner.

The room was immaculate. Lush bedding and very clean room. The bed was extremely comfortable. I felt very comfortable and at home there.

Great location. Reception lobby closed for late arrivals, have to wait outside in cold weather until the reception person came. No elevator to second floor.

Nice environment It was a $25 cab ride from the airport This hotel was nice, etc. but we wanted something close to Dulles Airport, and this was a $25 ride away from the airport; so I do not think it should have been categorized as an airport hotel.

I love this hotel, it's beautiful. I keep coming back. I did not know there was a convention held there. I love this hotel & will keep coming back. This night I stayed there was a convention being held there and the restaurant was closed to everyone else. I ate at pub because there is no where else close by in which to eat, but the food was good.

One of the most impressive hotels I have stayed at. Took longer than liked to get dining service I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone. It is gorgeous and very majestic and I liked the seclusion of the place. It did take a while to get service at the pub, but I think that manpower was short that night. The food was very good. Overall a solid 9.5 out of 10.

Upscale very nice presentation. Location is a bit out of the way and there are no stores or eateries within walking distance. Upscale hotel that is great for business travelers or to host business guest. Great lobby lounge with pool tables and upscale atmosphere. There are no retail or food business anywhere close. Hotel really services only the local military agency and it's contractors, but is extremely nice.

Excellent staff, excellent facility, I would love to come back - in fact I pray I get to soon. Nothing, everything was spectacular.

Beautiful facility. No free Wi-Fi and no free airport shuttle. Yes, the Westfields Marriott is a great conference hotel. We were not part of a conference. It is beautiful and well-maintained, and efficiently run. But, when I travel, I don't want to be charged for something as basic as Wi-Fi when coffee shops offer it for free.

This is a beautiful property that is well maintained. They have some strange parking policies.

Great beds, Tvand internet. $9.95 charge for the internet. Most hotels offer it free.

Very friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. Nothing. This was one of the finest hotel stays I have ever experienced. A luxury hotel with friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. Spa, pools (both indoor and outdoor), excellent media patch board in room. HD flat screen TV, marble baths. A most comfortable experience. I highly recommend the Westfield Marriott.

Attractive setting. Lighting in bathroom inadequate to apply makeup. The room had a great flat screen TV with HD. The bathroom had a second sink outside the tub area with a magnifying mirror for makeup, but the light was so poor, I couldn't use it. Room service pizza was late and burned, but they took off the charge.

Very nice hotel. Hard to find in the dark. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Quiet, clean, friendly. NA. Situated in a quiet wooded area, Westfield's Marriot takes advantage of its surroundings with lush green spaces, calm atmosphere and privacy. The hotel's style effortlessly combines European sensibility and Southern hospitality. The rooms are comfortable and modern, yet practical for business travelers and families. The staff is warm, helpful and professional.

Soft beds. Parking away from hotel. I believe overall it was an excellent experience.

Very clean and luxurious for a good price. False fire alarm in middle of night. Wonderful hotel and experience.

Great value! Beautiful setting. Cell phone reception was poor. The hotel was in a beautiful setting and was surprisingly impressive. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Cell phone reception was poor. I rented a car but if you need airport pick up make sure you contact the hotel for a reservation. I would stay there again. Great value for me!
