We arrived very late (4:15 am) and very tired, and they took the time to make us feel comfortable. There was a problem with the toilet and they came immediately to fix it, and got it right the first time.

Quite location 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. Found dirty pillows on bed and requested that the entire bed be changed. Good restaurant on site and very helpful employees. The rooms were of nice quality with comfortable beds. The hotel was probably suited better for business travelers than may be for a larger family.

"The room was nice and clean and the staff is terrific. However, the AC units are the old window type variety and are quite loud."

This Marriott in west Minneapolis was exactly what we wanted. Clean, quiet and quite accessible to Minneapolis downtown via I394&I94. I liked the fact that there was a stuffed chair for comfortable sitting. I will probably stay there again when we are in the Minneapolis area.

Comfortable bed, flat screen TV, very clean. Music too loud in the restaurant.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The pool and hot tub were great. The room was very nice and the beds are to die for. The staff were informative and friendly. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Everyone that had dinner there raved about it. Wish it would offer once a day shuttles to casino for minimal fee for adults. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

I had o ask the desk for towels- we had no cleanup in the room for our two day stay. i felt that we were pushed out of the hotel- there was a convention after us, but I felt that we were being encouraged to leave early.

The beds were very comfortable. It was a little difficult to find the exit from the hwy to the hotel. The Marriott was an excellent value. We had a beautiful room and the staff was friendly.

Cheep rooms, soft beds cool elevators. Housekeeping didn't clean our bathrooms. Rude front desk.

Free parking and 12 minutes close to downtown. No wireless in the bedrooms. Great hotel with free parking very close to downtown activities without the downtown price. Free parking and very tasteful room decor. They had free wireless in the lobby one could use but none in the room.
