Hotel was attractive and well-maintained. It was conveniently located to the best shopping in Oklahoma City. Rooms on the south side of the hotel had an excellent view of the city and the outdoor pool area.

The beds were comfortable. The room was dirty so I could not check in until 5 pm. This hotel was very safe and it has a terrific hot tub.

i have to say that our stay at the marriot waterford this last weekend was one of the best experiences i ever had in a long time. from the get go making our reservation was easy and the staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional.while we we there the check in was easy and fast,i was up in my room within 5 minutes.when my wife and i decided to take a walk around the premises, we were greeted by many of the staff,making us feel very welcomed.the rooms were very clean , confortable,and pretty quiet. breakfast was very good even though i have to admit it was included with our stay,nevertheless we enjoyed it very much.over all it was a very good experience .we will definitely stay at a marriot again on our next trip to where ever we decide to have our next anniversary! thanks marriot!!!

While you may have to carry your own bags, the hotel personnel are second to none in fiendliness and helpfulness. Doesn't get more executive friendly with a great excercise room, nice restaurants, and a hospitality room that is like your living room. Can't wait for the next stay.

It was right where I wanted to be. spoiled coffee creamer that was delivered to my room The facilty is wonderful and the gym is one of the best I have seen in any hotel I have stayed in.

My husband stayed at this hotel for our anniversary. It was beautiful, The bed was very comfortable, the room was great. The hotel is in a great location. The club had a band. Heated swimming pool was nice."

Our stay began with a less-than-friendly greeting from the front desk associate. I was concernd that this was a sign of things to come, but I was pleasantly surprised. I requested a crib and refrigerator since we were traveling with my 15 month old, and before we could set down our bags, a brigade of housekeeping and engineering personnel swept into the room bringing what looked to be a brand new pack-and-play for the baby and a dorm sized referigerator. The rooms do show some age (why not change out the light and electrical plates when you do a remodel?), but everything was very clean and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room service was much better than average. Bathroom was well appointed with amenities. Overall, we were very pleased.

Nice rooms, but a little small. Parking is VERY limited & they charge for Valet parking-had to wait too long for car to be brought around. Very nice athletic club, but it's available to non-hotel guests & they take up many of the non-valet parking spots. Very nice pool, but no outside hot tub. We enjoyed the food/room service. Friendly staff. This was our 2nd stay.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the pool and of the city. I have stayed at hotels that were not nearly as nice as this for the same price. My only complaint was that there was a very limited selection of cable channels. Overall I recommend it.

Proximity to local Attractions. No refridgerator or microwave in room. Overall this hotel was excellent for the price paid. It had everything we needed, but there was no mini-fridge or microwave in the room, which would have been nice. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous. We had breakfast only once at the hotel, was too pricey for the buffet, would have preferred IHop or Denny's. Didn't try out the pool, but it looke really nice.

This Hotel was beautifl back in the early 90's before it was taken over by Mattott. They used to have a beutiful restraunt the veranda that I enjoyed having lunch in, and it is no longer there. I was very disopinted to find very old furnishings in the hotel lobby that show sings of a better time. Room sevice is very slow and the food qality bad. I would never stay there again. Very rude front desk staff.

The Waterford Marriott is really upscale and the staff was very pleasant. The quality of food via room service could have been better. Especially for the price. Awesome.

Intimate and sophisticated. Limited parking. The Marriott Water ford is an intimate and sophisticated hotel with the quality you come to expect from Marriott. The staff was friendly, helpful, the hotel was conveniently located near shopping and dining. The pool was smallish but very nice. There was no poolside bar or dining but there was a phone where you can call the restaurant for poolside delivery which was convenient. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The in hotel spa and gym was very nice. The rooms were small. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The fitness center was convenient and state of the art. The spa was very convenient and had professional staff. The pool was outdoor and heated and very nice. The rooms were kind of small for a 3 star hotel. The television was limited and did not have a very convenient channel list or schedule. The hotel charged me a dollar when I called the spa which was inside the hotel.
