I'm moving to Denver, so I was there to find a place to live. The staff was really great! On multiple occasions I needed to fax documents and they were able to help. I also did some exploring of downtown Denver, which was really easy because the Marriott Denver Tech Center is within walking distance to a light rail station. When my landlord came to meet with me about signing my lease, I was worried that he might have to pay for parking, which would have been an awful surprise! I talked to the front desk and they were able to give me a guest pass so he wouldn't have to pay for parking. Unfortunately, even though you're paying a lot per night to stay there, you'll also pay $10/day for parking. On the weekends (or at least from Friday afternoon to Saturday morning when I was there) the parking gate was up. That meant that people could drive in, park, and drive out without having to pay. I though this wasn't fair as I was charged for parking while the gate was up. I brought this up to the front desk when I checked out. Even though the man helping me was a complete sour puss, he took off one day's parking fee.

Hotel was very nicely decorated and clean.

I was a little disappointed that such a big hotel(located in a tech center) would charge $10 per day for in the room internet service. There was a business center with 2 computers and copiers and a fax machine. During the time I was there I had to wait to get one of the 2 desktops while teenage girls checked their myspace. I was also surprised that we were charged $10 per day to park there. Like we had a choice. This hotel needs more restaurant choices too. There was a free continental breakfast, but no restaurant service except for Starbucks until 3pm each day.

Customer service right when we walked in the door. Would have preferred bigger beds, didn't like to have to pay for parking. My 11 year old daughter was very impressed with this hotel! She thought it was very cool to have a bell hop, fancy doors, and a balcony off of our room. Thanks for the experience for her!

Location. Fan in bathroom could not be turned off, very annoying, and difficult to sleep. There was a fan in our bathroom that ran continuously, very noisy and disrupted our sleep. Although we notified front desk, it took 2 complaints before a maintenance person was sent up to tell us there was nothing that could be done. We were offered another room at 9:00 p.m., the night before we were leaving.

Plenty of wide screen TVs to watch and free internet. Breakfast. Generally good but the breakfast was not so good and overpriced.

Waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was horrible. Food left in fridge from previous occupants, soap scum build-up in shower, had to request sheets to be changed after 5 days,TV cabinet and bathroom counters were not wiped down (spilled make-up on bathroom counter first day of arrival, (was never cleaned up in 7 day stay), floor not vacuumed (left paper on floor to see if might be vacuumed up)complained of soap scum & food still was not taken care of 2nd day. Had to complain 2nd time.

Friendly staff. Charged for parking. This was a very friendly hotel with an excellent staff that makes you feel at home in spite of the fact that they are used to dealing with large convention crowds.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was helpful and friendly. I believed that there were rooms a little less taken care of. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was professional. I did not have a shower curtain at 5 am when I got up. The hot tub ruined my swimming suit with and over used of chemicals. I had to pay 10/day to park as a guest in the hotel. I hope to never stay in this hotel again. I believed that there were rooms that were not the quality of the other rooms. I had stayed in better rooms for less.

Pool and hot tub were nice. Charged 10.00 for parking in hotel lot, woke us up at 8 am to see if we were leaving. Good place for business travelers, no windows to out side in rooms, have never been charged to park in hotel lot.
