It was good overall, but we just wished breakfast was included with our package. Fortunately, the location was close-by to a lot of stores, Peets, Whole Food, Trader Joe, Safeway, Target, etc....right next to the Hwy 29, very convenient.

Spacious room with crisp, clean linens. Very comfortable bed. Concierge lounge was fantastic! To get to the front desk and concierge, we had to walk through an ongoing conference. We had a wonderful experience here. Great location for visiting wine country. The concierge was very helpful. Loved the spa and fitness center on location. The decor was lovely. New carpeting, bedding, and window treatments. Bathroom wallpaper needed updating. My guess was, it was due to be replaced soon as the style and color was not in sync with the updated granite vanity and the rest of the color palette in the adjoining room.

The location of the hotel is great. There is a Starbucks one block away, and Whole Foods and Target are across the street. Each evening we headed over to the Whole Foods to get cheese and fresh bread to go w/our wine. Location of hotel was also close to several wineries and restaurants. The hotel offers free HH/Wine tasting each evening. We did this one night and it was ok. We also took advantage of the fitness center each morning, but found you need to get there at 8:00AM or before to have your choice of machine.

The Marriott was comfortable and very well decorated. The room was large and the bathroom was spacious. Although it was close to the freeway, it was very quiet and peaceful in our room. The location was excellent as it was close to downtown and had all the conveniences close by.

Friendly staff. Room location. Do they know we got a great deal? Room/hotel was clean. Not sure about it being a 3.5 star hotel, felt a little lower.

Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa had a very nicely decorated and spacious King room. It had a beautiful desk and comfortable upholstered chair with a foot stool for relaxing. It was convenient having a refrigerator in the room. The staff was very friendly and professional. I loved the nightly wine and cheese reception. Perfect for being in Napa Valley! Also, the spa treatments and staff were wonderful. They added to the overall great hotel experience.

The Napa Valley Hotel and Spa was a clean, comfortable hotel with a friendly staff and very helpful concierge. The two restaurants in the lobby were great and the Spa was a nice retreat. The location, as far as touring wine country and other sights, couldn't have been better. Very nice place to stay. My only concern was room service. I put an order in and it never arrived until over 2 hours later (even after I made 4 phone calls inquiring about my order). The explanation was that there was a staff member who handled all phone calls for the hotel and that he had failed to place the order with the kitchen. The meal was comped once it finally arrived. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The concierge was the most helpful one that I have ever met. I was louder between rooms than I expected. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff that will go out of their way to be helpful.

The Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa was conveniently located to shopping, dining and the wine country. The concierge was helpful in recommending quality restaurants, while steering you away from those that weren't. The spa/massage was professional and not overpriced. The check-in clerk was less than helpful in estimating when the room would be ready for early check-in, instead of telling us that he had no idea when it would be ready. We drove to a shopping mall where about 20 minutes later someone else called us to say the room was now ready. The shower water flow was a slow drizzle.

The Napa Valley Marriott Hotel and Spa met our needs for a quick weekend in Wine Country. My husband and I were looking for a decent hotel, in a decent location, and the Marriott provided just that. It was important to us to be close to the action (we were) but to still have money left to spend on wine (we did). No regrets, we would stay here again.

The Napa Marriot was convient to Napa Valley and Sonoma. It is close to most vineyards and the outlet mall. It offers many of the expected comforts including a bathroom accessories as well as a refrigerator. A spa is available. If the concierge level is used, breakfast and wine and dessert are available.

The concierge was amazing. Extremely helpful! The pillows on the bed were odd sizes. The hotel staff were amazing and met all of our needs. Even though we didn't book a honeymoon suite or indicate that we were coming to Napa on our honeymoon, the concierge at the hotel had chocolate covered strawberries and champagne, with a beautiful card, delivered to our room! The wine tasting in the lobby every evening was wonderful and best of all, no scratchy towels!
